Ehh, explains why Obi-Wan and Yoda weren't hunted down. Oh and Luke? Thanks for spoiling the game for the rest of us <_< Although honestly I'm not that surprised.
Greatest Idea Ever.

A Captain Planet movie done in the dark, gritty, more-realistic style of the Dark Knight. With a romance subplot and "edgy" political undertones.

killing the main character in movies, books, and video games, no matter what the circumstance, should be illegal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, but usually when the main character dies it's to move the story forward, although sometimes it's a stupid idea(e.g. I am Legend, The Matrix Revolutions) and sometimes it's absolutely necessary(e.g. Psycho, The Prestige) but I'm derailing here :P The point is, usually when a main character is killed off, it should function as a part of the story otherwise it creates pointless drama, and that's when people get too chicken to keep their characters dead(e.g. Pirates Of The Caribbean) Eh, never mind. I think I illustrated my point.
Greatest Idea Ever.

It was kind of obvious he was going to die eventually, seeing as he didn't exist during the Original Trilogy.

I've got two words that can fix that problem, retcon :P Primarily through a sequel, though I respect the game's writers more because they killed the main character

I agree with Ravnas but Luke Davis why did you have to spoil the main characters death for the rest of us?

well maybe he and the people who dont betray him just fly away from known space, like Revan did

Well, that's also lazy writing, the reason why it worked in K2 was because it was an obvious set up for K3, however the Apprentice's character is going nowhere so it would be pointless.
Greatest Idea Ever.
