Anybody play or know about this TCG? After doing some research it seems to combine the best elements of Yugioh, Duel Masters, and Magic. I'm definitely gonna pick up a starter to try out. Edited by ChaoticReaper, Jun 20 2012, 06:38 PM.

I've heard of it through that same channel. It came off as an interesting combination of good things from various TCGs while being its own game entirely. Thought about purchasing it a while back but there was no product available at the time so that didn't happen. The WPN store I'll be attending for Kaijudo surprisingly owns a starter kit of The Spoils for $25; let's just say that if it came down to two random games to choose from (like The Spoils and Monsuno,) I would set Monsuno on fire and buy The Spoils. |

Team Covenant is selling pre constructed decks with a small bonus for $5 each. But only the Rogue and Warlord trades are still in stock. http://teamcovenant.com/store/beefy I"m gonna cash out my points on a points for prizes website to get 2 decks essentially free and try the game out with my friend. This game appeals to me more than Kaijudo because I'm bothered by Kaijudo's simplicity and very young demographic. However Kaijudo has the massive benefit of having better organization and structure since they are run by WoTC. Edited by ChaoticReaper, Jun 21 2012, 10:10 AM.

I picked up a The Spoils sealed product before, but unfortunately, the cards are just sitting around since I've never found anyone else interested in playing - at least not since the reboot of the game. I'll admit that its a really interesting game, just have never seen the support for it. |

I've heard that it is one of the best CCGs for the "Cube" format, but I've never played it or even looked into the mechanics of the game. Thanks for the video, I'll check it out. |

I played a game and I think it lacks the most important part: the awesome factor. The feeling like, these cards are so cool lets play some more. |

You know what Chaotic, that pretty much nails it for me too. The game was cool and all, but I never got that urge to just stare at the cards, look at them, and be like EF YEA! And then that feeling when playing where it's just awesome as you said - I feel the same way. |

I would, but after all the money I wasted on Redekai I'm very wary of purchasing any brand new games. I'm making an exception for Kaijudo since DM was big in my area. |

The Spoils isn't actually a "brand new" game. It's been around for a few years, but it doesnt seem to have caught on - but i think last year a different company took over and re-launched it. |
