Hey, remember when we had to start getting followers pointed toward the official Kaijudo Twitter account to get a spoiler? Yeah well, the 250 people followed forthwith and now we have a spoiler: https://twitter.com/wizards_kaijudo/status/234526470435909632/photo/1#![]() Are you kidding me?! Another Tatsurion? Well not really surprising but what is surprising is that he's got a Trample effect. Oh, if you win a battle with this brute, you still break a shield; another big, angry Tatsurion to stuff into your future Tatsurion deck (because we all know you're building it) and you will rage on your opponent with 8000 Power a swing. Eh, Grand Gure is still a wall to him unless you couple him to a Raging Goliant, but the whole Powerful Attack makes him vulnerable afterward for your opponent's turn. Kinda hard to weigh BRT against QST as one is cheaper and defends himself, but we'll see... |

Aye. Still really not liking the multiple versions of the same character aspect they went with. It's a purely aesthetic displeasure as it only has an impact on the flavor of the game except for giving us more Armored Dragon/Beast Kin then you can shake a stick at. Hopefully they are doing this based off of good test marketing that appeals to the targeted teen TCG market. A pretty interesting gimmick power though. Motivating me more and more to retool out of my collection and make a competitive deck that purposefully doesn't play any very or ultra rare cards to prove that having those cards isn't required to build a good deck. It also did work to motivate me to sign up for Twitter to further support the game and ensure I don't miss out on any really game breaking spoilers they may distribute through their account again so the marketing is influencing my actions as intended. |

Lol Tatsurion deck. That would be funny. Just build a deck made up of different Tatsurions (maybe that will actually be possible in the future if they keep up with this trend). Bestial Rage Tatsurion is very interesting. Whenever you attack with him, you'll always break a shield (unless you attack a creature with the same power as him). I can see him being really good in aggro decks. |
