Whoa. Just... whoa. As if Hydro Spy and Aqua Seneschal weren't already the best Water creatures around.

It requires a fair bit of setup to benefit from though. We're talking uninterrupted plays over three turns, say Seneschal, then Spy, then this, which is a lot to ask considering you'll want to swing with that Seneschal as well.

The card seems subpar when remembering Illusionary Merfolk, and the fact that we have Energy Stream (Logos Scan) untouched.

I think you're underestimating the power of drawing three cards every turn.

Edit: Just realized that you can potentially have multiples of this out. Mind-boggling.

The thing that makes it bad is the fact that you need 3 creatures of the same type out, a type that doesn't have much to begin with. On top of that, but the two most played creatures of that type have low power and die easily, AND senescal eats removal shortly after he hits the board. There's just too much going against this Guy to make him playable.

A Cyber Lords/ Drakons deck :)

This may work with Hovercraft Glu-urrgle and some cheap cyber lords, and yet we have to see the other cards of the Council of Logos.
(Still no discussion about Skycrusher's Elite)

Yeah you may need a bit to pull this guy's effect off, but once it gets going you'll have massive draw power. Just by using this effect once, you might draw more Cyber-Lords or even another [card]Hokira, Council of Logos[/card]. Once this guy hits the playing field, your opponent will have to get rid of him or another Cyber Lord quickly. We also might be getting more Cyber Lords in RIS.

I like how discussions on this popped up all over cause everyone likes draw. I would like to give my 2 cents on it but I wouldn't be able to make it as clear as it has been already.

So I'm just gonna' link to that instead.
