Am I the only one who thinks this guy isn't as bad as people think? He dies to the obvious stuff but he skims over Barrage while boosting up your Storm Patrols (which if you haven't paid attention, that's all the Keepers and Shaw K'Naw.) He even skims over Tatsurion the Unchained's and Moorna the Vengeful's on-summon effects with two on the board while boosting your other guys by 4000 Power. Can you say a 11000/13000 Power Grand Gure or 6000/8000 Power Keeper of Dawn with 1/2 on board?

Other creatures like [card]Grave Worm Hatchling[/card] are at -2000 for boosting other races. The extra 500 power from this guy is nice. Boosting Shaw K'Naw to 4000 makes it a much greater threat due to the tapping. So far, only [card]Stormspark Blast[/card] and Shaw K'Naw are one of the few cards that have the ability to tap creatures in Kaijudo. Also the Keepers already have high power, so this just makes them a lot better. Now imagine having 2 Paladios on the field. ;)

The chieftain cards may prove useful for somebody but they look like a bit of a red herring to me. Theme decks can be a lot of fun but ones built solely around 1 creature are rarely all that competitive. Aquans would be the only exception to that from Duelmasters that springs to my mind.

It's a nice effect, no doubt, but seems too easy to get rid of. Defintely not a bad card at all. Just a pretty good card.

Oh, and the extra 500 is pretty rad, but 2500 is still low enough to be taken out easily plenty of cards.
