Drakons get an evolution? Awesome! and it uses one of my favorite DM cards art too! I like its effect cuz u get to remove any number so you can take out a whole field of weenies in one sweep. |

Very nice. The Drakon's just became an even better race to choose for a theme deck than they already were. |

I. Love. This. Card. I want 3 of them. The day it releases. And I want to finally make the Drakon deck I've been wanting to do. This thing is just fantastic! |

Got a question about his effect: Does he: A. Banish all creatures with a power of 4000 or less OR B. Banish a number of creatures with a total power of 4000 or less Example: So say your opponent has 3 Aqua Seneschal's out. When his effect goes off do all of them get banished or do only 2? I am pretty sure it is B (only 2 from the example), but just wanted to make sure. |

Yah, it is combined. That is why it uses the word "Total" and not just 4K or Less. I mean if it did all 4K or less, it would be too good XD A Super Barrage with a body =P Still, it does a great job with removal; especially against decks like control with bunch of 1K and 2K. |

You keep choosing creatures till you hit 4k power.

Card isn't bad but requires too much mana to be potent enough to the meta game right now. If you run Drakons you run Rush and Rush does not like high mana cost cards and does not like Evos (3 at max, which Laser-Arm Drakon fits the bill) so I cannot see it being used yet outside of like a mono-red deck. |

It may not be the most competitive against most decks, but it sure is potent once it works. It was one of the few things that can take out Bat-Breaths quickly, possible before they attack. Although it's cost is a bit of a drawback. I remember one game when I played it and it got Veil Vortexed next turn; really messed me up >.< Still, my pure Fire Rush uses one to bring it from 39 to 40; I may consider a second but for now I think a 1 of for the surprise works. |

I think the card is interesting, but I am definitely missing a Double Breaker mechanic on it. Laser-Arm Drakon is nice, but it easily taken out by all of the cards that manipulate 4 cost or less monsters. Blastforge Captain isn't affected by those cards and is harder to take out. But on that topic, Blastforge Captain's atk power isn't that high and could possibly be taken out by a monster that costs less than it. For an evolution, it feels weak in this aspect. I think against water and darkness deck, it's Craterize ability could be useful to take out weanies, especially scaradorables. Overall, I find myself wanting more from the creature, especially in a rush deck where I want to overwhelm my opponent with high atk powers quickly. |

Blastforge is really devastating against some decks. In a Drakon Rush deck - no more than 1 or 2 copies would be played and depending on your matchup is whether or not it needs to actually hit the field. He can generally take out 1 to 2 blockers, or even evo bait your opponent was planning on using - and it makes them HAVE to play something bigger or removal to deal with it - as any lower level blockers will just be craterized. He may not be good in all situations, but when he's good, he's FANTASTIC. |

Just killing 1 creature is good enough IMO, anything else you get to kill is bonus. Chances are, your opponent will have at least one creature with 4000 or less power. |

It's a good thing he gets to do it at least once, because odds are that's all he'll get. With Medusa, Sabertooth, and Gilaflame all being viable responses, it doesn't seem likely that he'll be sticking around long. |

I've used him in a mono Fire deck against a blurple hand control and he was absolutely devastating. He's definitely not something you'd need all the time, but like was mentioned, in the right circumstances, he's amazing. |
