Well I guess I shouldn't be suprised at Celestial dragons showing up so early since we got our earth dragons in 2DED but, man is Kaijudo progressing quickly.

Not sure about the playablility of this guy. Regarion and Moorna turned out to be low impact cards and this guy is even more limited by the fact that he needs a mono-light deck to be optimized.

The artwork is awesome and dragons for light? I am very excited for this card as the english DM never got light dragons. :)

The next thing I want to address is the name. I actually like the name, but I dislike how they used Orion again ([card]Queen Orion[/card]).

As for the effect, both effects are very good, although I was expecting it to have Triple Breaker because it's more fitting for a creature with three heads, and even more fitting than the last effect. You would see the last effect in something like a light/nature card.

The effects are absolutely fantastic. My problem with him is the cost, and where it fits into a deck... What type of deck would need this set of abilities? I'm seeing this as more of a control oriented card than anything else, since at 9 mana most other decks are going to be winning or have better plays than just this guy.

i say either WDL control or WDN control. i think in mono light it would never see the field lol

Very fun card. Will be a nasty addition to my Mono Light Storm Patrol deck.

Perhaps its 2nd effect can work in a multi-civ deck. If you had mostly Light creatures and the spells are other civs then it wouldn't be too different than a mono light deck using this card. So in a light/nature deck you could use spells like [card]Sprout[/card] and [card]Mana Storm[/card]/

This. Plus, I think he is the best super light has now. So many effects, and he gets my vote for best art so far (previously taken by Razorkinder Puppet).

Too Much Wit, Not Enough _____

Orion was spotlighted on the Mothership this week and I think he deserved it, it's a powerful card. His EtB and banished effects have a lot going for them, but you may see less exposure from his banish effect if you're not running Mono-Light. Nonetheless, tapping down three creatures on summon with a large body asks your opponent, "So you handle this now, eh? Yes, no; I'm fine with either. Heck, return him to my hand or Milporo him, I dare you."

Even though he's insanely high cost, I've found him to be invaluable since I play a light/nature aggro/control style deck (I know, it sounds weird). With the right combination of nature cards in play, I've managed to summon him on t6, which makes for an awesome board clearing move if you play it right. I'd pay through the nose to get my hands on another copy of this :)

I got an orion and since I don't play light(nor do I have enough cards to implement them in a deck) I traded him to a friend. Let me tell you, he is a pain to deal with.
Decks:
Eluding Abyss
Fight!
Shields holding!
W/F rush
