![]() For 3Ris I already had a Mono-green Beast Kin deck built, and this guy is just going to be amazing in it. Level 4 leaves him susceptible to things like Bone Blades and Ice Blade... but a Level 4, 7000 double breaker - that if Bone Bladed gives me +2 mana in this kind of deck? It's fantastic. Not to mention the fact that one of the best baits for him is Bronze-Arm Tribe, so even bounced, I get the effect again for more mana - and maybe even the ability to cast BOTH the turn following it being bounced. I can't wait to get my hands on at least 2 of this guy to toss in my deck and just go nuts with it. I think he's gonna be just that good, especially in this deck. |

The only card this guy fears is Ice Blade due to the tempo loss. I invite anyone to Bone Blades this guy though. Thanks bra, you just turned this guy into a Duel Fang. |

Yea, Ice Blade is the only thing he fears - but the fact that you really could cast him and a bait the turn following the blade, It's still not that big of a deal! Turn 4 - 5 mana with a Bronze-Arm Turn 5 - 6 mana, cast Sabertooth Gets bounced by blade Turn 6 - 8 mana with turn mana and Bronze-Arm - recast Sabertooth. So while it slows you down a bit, definitely still able to just keep trucking along. And yea, anyone who were to banish this guy is just doing it wrong haha. I'm upset I didn't get even one in my 5 packs I bought... oh well, I'm buying more this weekend, so hopefully I get him or can trade for him |

At least you can buy packs lol. As for the progression, assuming you curve out, it leaves you with no cards in hand and only a Bronze Arm Sabertooth possibly a few weenies to show for it. Not my idea of a good progression. Yeah, I'm sure you were only trying to illustrate a point, but I still like to point out that there are likely better plays to be had in these kinds of senarios. Awesome card. So much mana to be gained from this card lol and yeah like you said earlier if you played BAT before him then you're going to be getting a lot of mana. Perhaps this can make [card]Terradragon Regarion Doom[/card] more useful? |

Not to get off-topic from the thread, but Terradragon is already pretty useful in the right deck. WDN control can utilize him pretty well. |

I feel like it's a great finishing card. By the time you're finally able to summon it, you cna use it's effect and whatever else to clear out your opponent's field. Buuut, back to the card at hand... This card rules. It makes me wish I played an Earth deck. |

Beast Folk are again one of the better represented races for evo creatures. Really good in any deck running nature cards as long as you're playing some beast folk bait. His uncommon status is awesome too. Power curve is a little higher but not drastically so w/ the new set. Glad to have the wait until March for the 2nd expansion as the new product coming out as frequently as it has the past 6 months. |
