![]() I honestly really don't know what to think of this guy. There are just so many possibilities it makes my head hurt lol. I don't know if he will be good in rush decks, or if he will be good in any deck using evolutions. What are your thoughts? |

I think I'm in love. This card is going to be a lot of fun. Love the Tatsurion look on her. Nature removal just got better again and I really like how it helps get out other evos that have expensive bait creatures to build around. |

Um... I like how it gains the race types of the creature it evolved from. I would like to get a couple to put into my rot worm deck. I doubt I'm going to get another rot worm evo any time soon so this is good enough. The fact that he goes back to your hand as well as the creature he evolved from is a great bonus. With his cheap cost, playing him the turn that I play another creature is doable. |

Play and Promote Poorman's Format Check out Tzar's Poorman Decklist. Please use card tags when you post in the deck deposit. Using color tags just makes your deck harder to read and harder for people to give you feedback. Not to mention it makes it harder for newer players to see what types of decks are being played. | |

Actually, it only works for the Shapeshifter Scaradorable card itself that returns to the hand. Also if you evolve on top of it, you don't get this creature back because effects under Evolution Creatures don't work. |

Ah... I thought it worked like Bronze Arm. Misread it. For the record, I was never going to evolve on top of this. Evolving an evolution tends to be a waste of time anyways. |

Yeah but its so cheap, I could see a few situations it could be useful to do so. |

This card was clearly intended for evolutions of high level races such as Dragons and Champions. You're simply not gonna need it races like Beast Kin, Drakon, or Cyber Lord which already have plenty of low-level bait anyway.

Is anyone else reminded of the YuGiOh Fusion Substitutes? I loved those cards =P I see this card being very useful, especially in multi civ decks. Being able to evolve any creature into a 5k can be a useful boost. But then being able to use it as evo bait for any card makes it even better. And sicne it returns to the hand when banished, not just by battle, you can use it over and over. With this, you may be able to throw in some powerful evos that you normally wouldn't have enough bait for, like that new tatsurion evo for example. However, I still would try to run a proper bait, but this would help a lot with evolving it. |

Wow, my lack of sleep really got to me. I completely misread this card. I thought it became what it evolved off of. It does no such thing. So it actually won't help in niche tribal decks like I thought it would. |

I think this card will see a decent amount of play, especially in dragon decks that run Kindrix or Tok'Ran. Maybe even possibly darkness rush. But you shouldn't really have to use it twice. If your using it for bait for ANYTHING, it's most likely going to be a hard to evolve finisher. Once it's been evolved, you probably won't have to use it again unless you're in a bad situation, in which case the opponent could still have removal. I like that it can't be stopped from being summoned or can be targeted by Infernus, but it is also susceptible to Bone Blades and Gloom Hollow (ironically). All-in-all though, I think it's a very good card. (sidenote:Does this mean Squeeky will evolve next season?!) |
