I think this guy can be really useful in Saber-Bolt decks. He is basically a better [card]Rusalka, Aqua Chaser[/card], except costs 2 more. Of course in rush decks I would probably run Rusalka over Finbarr, but otherwise I'd replace 1 or 2 Rusalkas with Finbarr. Just my opinion though. What are yours?

Definitely a good alternative to Rusalka, or maybe you could even run both. I think his second ability is pretty awesome too, basically making every creature a Seneschal. I just wish they didn't make him look like a mutated toddler...

That's Cyber Lords in general though, they've always been described as resembling infants. And DM was always quick to a joke about this, Kaijudo just kept the joke going especially with Allie in The Deep End.

Good card, glad it is pretty easy to get, might pick one or two up. Believe he also comes with the piercing beam or whatever as well.
