I know that the concept isn't the best idea, but it's fun enough to play. It actually isn't too bad, with the unblockable abilities. Here's the list:

Creatures:26

2x [card]Aqua Rider[/card]
3x [card]Aqua Seneschal[/card]
3x [card]Cyber Lord Corile[/card]
3x [card]Cyber Sprite[/card]
3x [card]Cyber Trader[/card]
1x [card]King Neptas[/card]
3x [card]Rusalka, Aqua Chaser[/card]
3x [card]Reef Gladiator[/card]
3x [card]Finbarr, Council of Logos[/card]
2x [card]Reef Scout[/card]

Evolution Creatures:7

2x [card]Aqua-Ranger Commander[/card]
2x [card]Emperor Dendrite[/card]
3x [card]Emperor Neuron[/card]

Spells:7

2x [card]Time Rime[/card]
2x [card]Logos Scan[/card]
3x [card]Veil Vortex[/card]

Thoughts?

The delay that mono water has as answers to problems makes me suggest rethinking Ice Blade. If you took them out you'd have room for x3 [card]Finbarr, Council of Logos[/card] which helps out the deck immensely. Helps avoid devastation from [card]Barrage[/card] while also letting Neuron not have to trade taking out opposing 5k creatures. Also I tend to be underwhelmed by what Emperor Axon brings and you'd get some bounce back if you changed him out for [card]Emperor Dendrite[/card].

I also recommend finding room for [card]Hokira, Council of Logos[/card] as it is really good at helping you power through your deck and at level 5 can put a kebosh on pains to deal w/ like [card]Scaradorable of Gloom Hollow[/card]. Often King Neptas isn't enough and with multiple Finbarr's he can be even bigger to take out threats like [card]Bronze-Arm Sabertooth[/card].

I agree Emperor Dendrite > Emperor Axon because of the return effect and higher level. I also feel like [card]Aqua Commando[/card] is better than Aqua Strider despite it's awesome artwork. I'd also look into Rusalka.

I think the 4/5 drops make them very far apart, but dendrite needs a slot fosho

Honestly I'd suggest splashing 3 Piercing Judgment and 3 Aqua Strider in here. Strider can be evolved and is rather large, and Piercing's just much better than Veil Vortex if you can afford to play it, and I think you'd be able to in here, especially with Corile.

Updated.

@WanderingCaptain3972 Thanks for the advice, Finbarr and Dendrite are in there now. I'm not a fan of Hokira, I just don't think this deck can function properly if it's much slower, and I think Hokira would slow it down.

@RedRaptor10 I'm keeping Aqua Rider, mostly because I have tons of turn 3 drops and I don't want another. But I included Rusalka, as I took out Ice Blade for Finbarr and need some more removal.

@CVH While those both are good cards and they both might work in here, I'm trying to keep this strictly mono-water.

Thanks for the suggestions everybody!
