I ran this deck the last few weeks now at my local dual days, and have not lost a round yet. it's only kryptimite is is my 8 yr. old son's red rush deck. I've lost at home to it. Rush is back, Dracons have got alot of support with Clash.
Herald continues to be a victim to Terror Pit, Root Trap, and Death Smoke. But when he is left alone, it's lights out between Lyra and the new awesome Clash card:Piercing Judgement
Bottle of Wishes has done me no wrong, and has many good targets to retrieve. I like to play cards that come out immediately with effects, so Shadeblaze the Corrupter has been also a very good Dragon from Clash.

I quit Magic 8 weeks ago, and have played Kaijudo, and find the game more fun and less stressful. I just hope Wizards doesn't change this game into Magic. I have went 4-0 five weeks out of the 8, and got beat out 3-1 by my 14 yr. old 3 weeks ago. unfortunetly I'm still in learning phase with decks, and need to get more of the older cards. Also i would like to get another Awakened and 3 Immulators.

3 Andromeda of the Citidel
3 Lux
3 Lyra, the Blazing Sun
3 Stormspark Blast

3 Piercing Judgement

3 Bottle of Wishes
3 Nix
1 Crystal Memory

3 Grip of Despair

2 Bone Blades
3 Terror Pit

3 Shadeblaze the Corrupter

2 Hyperspeed Dragon
3 Herald of Infernus
1 Tatsurion the Unchained
2 General Skycrusher
2 Infernus the Awakened

3 Root Trap

Could you please use card tags instead of colors? It would be easier for me to read and it would help newer players understand your deck concept.

Please use card tags when you post in the deck deposit. Using color tags just makes your deck harder to read and harder for people to give you feedback. Not to mention it makes it harder for newer players to see what types of decks are being played.

How is Grip testing for you?
I have been favoring just running 3 grips and no Bone Blades, but this deck has had trouble with Beatdown Decks and the new midrange starweed Aggro decks. Grip has played good in the late game if a shield blast, usually the other player has no cards so not only do they lose a creature on the field, but have to banish it too. personally in this deck so far, Piercing Judgement has been the new All-Star Blast for Herald. but I rate Grip right up there too. This weekend I will take out the Bone Blades to see how the new cards fair with out the staple rush and saberbolt removal of Blades. Grip early game to just becomes mana but always help unlocking 2 civs

[card*][/card*] without the * is how you do card tags. Just be sure that you type the name of the card exactly or it doesn't work. For example [card]Lux[/card] works but [card]Andromeda[/card] doesn't. Personally I suggest that you divide the deck into spells and creatures. If you really want to let people know the color composition of your deck, follow up each card with a (color/civ indicator) or after your deck post the ratio of colors.

Um... be sure not to include the #x in the card tag. It's messing up the tags. Also there are a few typos.

Is there any reason you aren't using [card]Infernus the Immolator[/card] in this deck? I also wonder why no [card]Umbra[/card]. Sure, it's effect isn't as good as Nix or Lux but it is cheap and it would increase the number of fire birds from 6 to 9 meaning you could rely on getting them more often to make your creatures cheaper. Since you have 3 heralds, you also might want to consider [card]Fight[/card]. Not only does that make Herald nuts, but you can use it with Umbra to trade your smaller dragons with their bigger dragons in mirror matches.

I don't own any immulators yet, and run a unchained in place of a third awakened. through play testing so far, I've had better luck with nix than umbra. I usually get to draw once or twice before he is banished. Umbra has always went in my mama setting up for dark removal. Fight is a good card, and is good with herald but with 9 dual colors in the deck already, it hurts the mana curve in late game when cards are short. Tonight this deck only lost once to a weenie deck in more play testing. I removed 3 grip of Despair back for another Bone Blades, and ran the deck at 44 cards instead of 46. It ran alot faster and more consistent. I also tried adding cards to 50 tonight, yeah I still won but bearly and I never saw a bird till late game. So yes I would replace Tatsurion the Unchained with another Infernus the Awakened, and eventually I will get the Immulators to replace Shadeblaze the Corruptor. I've only been playing 9 weeks now after playing straight magic every weekend for the last two years so my sucess so far in Kaijudo is still work in progress. Last time I checked my DCI# on Kaijudo.com, I am ranked 128 right now without my points added for last week. Money is tight right now so I've been trading away my Magic for Kaijudo since I have 3 sons also into the game also. I appreciate the ideas though and help with the listings.

Yeah, having a close to 40 cards as possible is always more consistent than not. Unless you have a lot of draw and are worried about decking yourself, I wouldn't go up to 50 cards. Even then, I would suggest less draw and more cards that do stuff.

I understand the money part. I think most of us can.
