Part of Team Primary. Check out my trade thread here! Check out my latest deck here! “People need dramatic examples to shake them out of apathy and I can’t do that as Bruce Wayne. As a man I’m flesh and blood, I can be ignored, I can be destroyed, but as a symbol, as a symbol I can be incorruptible. I can be everlasting.” - Batman Begins

I have a couple questions. Why only two Heralds and what's up with some of the one ofs (Fumes and Feather-fin stalker)? |

Play and Promote Poorman's Format Check out Tzar's Poorman Decklist. Please use card tags when you post in the deck deposit. Using color tags just makes your deck harder to read and harder for people to give you feedback. Not to mention it makes it harder for newer players to see what types of decks are being played.

well, when im play testing it, it helps the progression of the mana curve with those one of(s). As for the herald(s), he's just an easy way to cheat but hes not my primary objective in the deck. |

I'm a HUGE advocator of anything WDF so I love looking a list like this! Grudge Weaver looks like he provides lots of synergy with Shadeblaze, so I think that's a good idea! How has it tested? Have you used it during any organized play? Have you tried Necrodragon and Dread Claw at all? |

i had dreadclaw in there and he would never provide me any pluses and it seemed to be taking space...and the reason i didnt throw in necrodragon was because he's a terror dragon and i only have dracothane in there cause he's a great beat still and cause i have so many peewee's and he gets over infurnus....but ive only used this in TCO and its doing quite well but i plan on using this in my local to see how it fends off rogue decks. Please feel free to give me tips and ideas !! |

My only suggestion really would be to try to find room for atleast 1x Dread Claw somewhere. He's way too valuable in a deck like yours to leave him out. Get Skull Shattered or Squillaced? Need Infernus back? Just play a Dread Claw. Your deck depends pretty heavily on dragons, and in the event they're all dealt with (which is fairly easy for any LWDN variant as there are essentially 6 Terror Pits available, spell recycling, creature recycling, tapping abilities, and huge creatures), you'll need to get them back somehow to give yourself enough umph to push through. Necrodragon isn't terribly important, but it would be cool to have him bust all the shields Andromeda recovers, as I'm sure once the deck gets running it's not uncommon to see at least 5 Dragons out at one time. This decision is totally up to you though. This deck can definitely win games without him. Edited by K-rick, Aug 1 2013, 09:21 AM.

Not a problem! I think Dread Claw is a great response and recovery for groundbreaking plays like Skull Shatter and Squillace. Let me know how it works out. You may also benefit from adding Bottle of Wishes in somewhere. You've got lots of great targets in the deck, and if you can get it out of a shield blast early, the deck will really snowball quickly and get things running. Bottle is also an acceptable hard cast if you have no other options to play and have an empty field and are looking for some field presence. Edited by K-rick, Aug 1 2013, 11:11 AM.
