I have a question for anyone out there. Wild game is suppose to be cholesteral free right? Domestic animals are grain fed-wild animals forage in the woods for the most part. In certain areas of the midwest there are more corn, soybean, oats, wheat, etc. fields than woods. Our wild game no doubt have access to more grain to feed on than some of the more remote areas of US. If wild game feed in grain fields regularly year after year from generation to generation does this type of grain diet override any of their natural make up of their metabalisem and alter their cholesteral levels? Just how cholesteral free does this make wild game anyway? I have wondered about this for sometime. What do you guys think? Farmboy

I think it also has a lot to do with the amount of exercise an animal gets. Most domestic animals that are slaughtered for food are kept in feed lots and don't have much else to do but eat. Wild animals travel from bed to food to water to bed and where ever else they make take a notion to roam. Some may even have to run from dogs on occasion. Just my $.02.
