ITS TO HOT TO FOOL WITH DOGS SO I AM "CATCHING" UP ON CATCHING FISH.

THIS IS ONE OF THE LIMIT OF RED FISH WE CAUGHT THIS PAST WEEKEND. THESE RED FISH ARE GREAT EATING ON THE GRILL, BAKED OR FRIED.

I LIKE RED FISH ON THE "HALF SHELL". I FILET THEM AND LEAVE THE SCALES ON. LAY THE SCALE SIDE DOWN ON THE PIT AND BASTE WITH LEMON AND BUTTER WITH A LITTLE TONY CREOLE SEASON AND IT DON'T GET ANY BETTER.
