Lady is always acting like she smells something in my neighbors woods. Sunday, I thought I would see if this crazy dog was actually smelling anything so I turned her loose. She went about 100 yards across my yard and into the neighbors woods and just treed her head off.

Lady if 4 years old. I bought her this year from Heath Stringer for a brood female. She is a sister to Roberts New Nugget dog and is bred to produce tree dogs.

I can't keep any weight on her because she is so active in the pen. She is about 35 lbs with small ears but has a big ball mouth with outstanding winding ability.

Here is a pic!

Charles thats a good pic of a dog that has been bred for greatness.I will be waiting on a pup out of her and Sport ll . Robert tells me that cross would be great. I trust him.. only because he has proven himself as a breeder over and over through the years.

Well guys, I am bored as dirt this morning. My bride is giving GED exams this moring and my 2 yr old grandson is still asleep. The weather is perfect and I really want to be in the woods working my dogs but I will be baby sitting today. I guess that is what pawpaws are suppose to do.

I have a live coon in a cage in my front yard hid behind a big pine and covered away from the dogs which is a good 150 yards. There is a slight north wind and Lady is standing on her hind legs in her kennel winding this coon and going nuts. Friends, this gyp has an amazing nose. My old Turbo dog was cold nose and had great winding ability but this gyp has a special nose. I can't wait to see what her pups will do. I love cold nose, winding type dogs. That is what I am trying to preserve and it looks like I might have a gyp, other than Birdy, that will help keep that going.

When you decide to breed her to a Kemmer, let me know. I was going to get a pup from Heath out of her but that didn't work out as planned. With her nose and Gator's grit, you may have the recipe for a big game dog? B)
