While loading up all the stars of the hunt(Julie and Chance) we discovered that Julie (was comeing in) so we had to leave the main star at home and Julie didn't like nothing about loaded up to go then unloaded not to go.I wasn't real happy myself leaving Julie behind. We still had a good hunt anyway. We treed two,Chance treed the first one while Midnite didn't really understand what was going on,( her first time in the woods). The man that owns the woods we were in has a corn feeder out for the deer. When we came up on the feeder Ole Chance knew there been a coon party going on here, he went on down through the woods working out a track. In a few minutes Midnite opened up twice behind us in the other direction,She sounds like she might be semi open on track, don't know though because this was her first coon track to ever smell. We were setting on a log waiting on Chance to work out his deal when Midnite locked down solid behind us.This might of been her first time to go but it won't be her last, she treed her first coon to ever see by her little self. When we got to her she was up on that tree like a professional. She is the little blk. double dew clawed female (Nig x Lott's Susie) that I got from Biggun back in the spring, she is a little over a year old.Men this shows you that all the work Robert Kemmer has put into these dogs is still paying off.Thank you Robert Kemmer for all these well bred tree minded dogs that we have today. Big Ronnie and Laree
