Would like to say thanks to Robert Kemmer for years of selective breeding,In years past,I have hunted every Cur breed out there. In each of those familys ,their would be select individuals that would excell, But was never quite what I was looking for. This past year(2008) I caught 109 Hogs,in some of the roughest cut overs and beaver ponds in the South. All with Kemmer dogs. I've been breeding a lot of MT.Jake, Target, and a little Yellow Jack. The grittiest line or side for me has been the Jake dogs. Target side is all nose I mean cold cold nose. Hunted with some top notch folks this past year:TOR, Eric ,C.Brown,K.Odom,J.Edwards. TOR I will see you after deer season. Also I would like to say thank you to Dee Smith in Texas, he is a man of his word!! In two more weeks we are going to try it again. God Bless Rob Day |

Sounds like you really stocked up on pork this season. I don't remember who it was, but someone else told me that the Jake dogs seemed to have the most bite when they used them on hogs. |

I hunt the "PURE" KEMMER MEAT DOGS. No byproducts!!!! JAMES JAMISON | |

Sounds like a great season Rob! with good folks, good dogs and an association to reproduce dogs in the future like you are hunting today! We appreciate folks like you that put these dogs through the test under extreme conditions on dangerous game and to see them excell is telling us the the KSBA and our dogs are on the right track! I would love to make a hunt with you one day! Thanks for the post! |
