It's pretty sad around around here. We live way out in the country and people dump unwanted dogs out around here often. Well a pair of dumped pitbulls came up to the house and killed Cedric, I'll have been offered 5,000 for Cedric several times, but he was one of those once in a lifetime dogs that could do it all. Cedric was about 70lbs and probly the biggest male I have. He was a hard, hard hunting dog that did'nt need any help to bay the toughest hog. I only have one dog here that was able to bay hogs ahead of Cedric. Cedric could run and drift a cold track like it was hot, I've had Cedric keep hogs bayed for 2 hours by himself. When we had split bayes going we would go to Cedric last as we knew he could keep it under control. Cedric was a grandson of Gus out of a littermate to Kemmer's Fireball. I gave Gary Hamilton a littermate to Cedric when he started back hog hunting. He has nothing but praise for her. A couple of other big game hunters have other littermates that are super dogs as well but Cedric was the best and he will be sorley missed.

THanks guys, no those bulldogs are not with us anylonger. like was said I'm just so sick of these people dumping their problems on a dirt road and forgetting about them thats about the cruelest thing a man can do to a dog. I've seen dumped off dogs sit in the same spot on a road for days and days waiting for a master that will never come. Horse whipping would be to good for a form of life so low as to abandon a dependant animal. A feel like actions like these will be repaid in kind. Thx Barry
