KNOW YOUR DOGS WEIGHT!; The Very Easy Way!

I just read this on another e-site.Its saids to weigh yourself on your home scale ,,,,,,then Hold your dog and weigh again.Subtract your first weigh from your second= your dogs weight! Now how come i couldnt have thought of that?duh

Been doing that for years. The way we do it here is Laree weighs on the scales which is out in the feed shed on concrete. Like if she weighs 157 lbs. we run the scale up to 160 so you have a even number to figure off of. Then she gets up on the scale with the dog and stands up while Machelle stands in front of the scale and reads the weight. If she weighs 198 the dog weighs 38 lbs. plus we then always worm for 5 lbs. more than the dog actually weighs because thats what our vet recomends............Big Ronnie

Yep im going to get a youngter to hold mine so we do run in to any SCALE PROBLEMS! lol
