Is they any more info available on the N. Y. Hunt? What is the address of the place the hunt will be held? What about camping, Parking? When will the area be open for the hunt! Only about 6 weeks to plan!….Don

Don , I reckon Albert Pope who is charge of the hunt should be able to help us . I need a bit more info too , I plan to go down there Friday and stay in a tent a 6am . deadline would put me way behind trying to get there during the night . Von

there will be camping availabile fri and sat night. breckfast will be avil. before the squirrel hunt. the kitchen will be open until after the nite hunt. there are no hookups but lots of room for tents or campers. signs will be posted from i88 and route 7 in unadilla ny.will have motel info by this weekend if anyone needs that. sounds like we'll have more members there then when I first talked to Charles about having a hunt in NY. Really hope this can turn into an annual event giving members a chance to geather that can't make the trek to TN.

good work guys hope everthing works out and their is a good turn out I would love to attend but it is a long way for me and we are still having to take care of my Mom. I hope it turns in to a annual event.

Ben, The hunt is in Unadilla, NY. Anyone can find Map & Directions on most home pages, just type in your hometown and then Unadilla, NY and get directions.
As far as the weather, our training season opens 7/1 and many will be running thier dogs pretty steady. Fellows in Washington, Co. along the Vermont border as well as those in the Adironadaks will be training on bear, point is it shouldn't be to hot to run your dogs here in July.
