Dogs got hot very fast this morning with no wind and humidity you could cut with a knife! Ty, Red and Jet bombed out!

Should of went last night as the coon done found my souped up sour corn and cookiedoe mix. :D

Ty runs like something is after him! The pond slowed him down for a swim and drink!

Rob and myself went hunting the other day and man was it hot. We took to the brush because it was just too hot trying to find a track leaving the feild. We had walked down a double creek and one of his young dogs came bayed. The other dogs, all young, eased their way in and bayed a little. We caught the hog as soon as we could because of the heat. When we looked around after catching the hog we were about 20 feet from a corner post to a field. We tried to walk around the field to our wheelers but it was just too hot. Down thru the creek bottom once more and back to the wheelers. This all took place from daylight to well before dinner and we almost got tooooo hot.
Your pups look good and healthy. It has to be rewarding hunting the same bloodlines for so many years. Glad you are able to keep them going.
