Hey calvin how bout a recipe for boudin balls. I have found some recipes but if its anything like your gumbo recipe yours has got to beat anything in a cookbook.

Clayton thats one I don't know how because I don't eat them muck and when I do I can buy them local. I try not to eat them very often they turn me into a Dragon....lol

I had boudan balls for breakfast this morning From The Best Stop Grocery man they were good I watched them make them there on the premises all you do is take Boudin and roll it into balls and flour them then deep fry them till they are brown
