Some of the people on the board have asked what kind of cattle I have. They are Romagnolas from Italy. They are a full blood breed. They have very little to no fat, very tender meat, and cross good with most of the American cattle. They add about 50 to 75 lbs. per calf at weaning weight, if you have a good momma cow. Here are a couple of pictures of my young bulls.![]()
