You can get a litter with all tails and some times several or all will be bob tails. Its all in the genes. |

From those two parents, I would say it is like it should be. All yellow would be odd. Different colors is normal. I like bobtails but I don't care much for the ones with very short to no tails. Glad she had pups for you. These are heavy in BJ Buck. |

Creig, Rob said you would be home today maybe ya'll can come and make a hunt. I have 2 pups with tails she will try to bite me when I try to look at them hope she can raise them cause she doesn't seem to have a lot of milk. Is there something I could give her to help with the milk? |

I give mine milk replacer. Usually start about a week before the pups are due. Some gyps don't make a lot of milk but it is rich and the pups will be fine. Her milk production should pick up in a few days as the pups drink more and more. Hope she does well with them and can raise all of them. Thanks for the invite. We're gonna try a hunt tonite. |

Nice litter Don! I would say that by doubling up on BJ Buck which goes back to Gold Nugget Jr. should produce some natural bob tails! I believe the New Nugget/Lady Nugget pups which are doubled up on Jr. has some natural bobs!! Good luck with your pups!! Should be some goodens!! |

Good luck with your litter. I have seen some females be nasty over their newborn pups, but that will usually go away after a day or two. Pete |
