Well, after 5 hunts I finally seen a hog. Went last night. I only took one cur dog. We turned loose at a grain field and all the dogs left. We pulled into the woods and shut off to track the dogs. We could smell a boar. Heard a group of hogs in the woods only a few feet away. Sent in a bulldog and he ripped and tore his way around until he finally found a hog and caught it. Nice little boar hog. A good while later as we were tracking all the dogs, I finally heard my dog. He was bayed up and it sounded good. We were trying to figure how to get closer and the hog broke. Made a big loop and came about 30 yards from where we were parked. Decided to go fiind the other dogs as this hog didn't want to stop. Long story short, didn't catch any more hogs. Few hours later we finally got all the dogs rounded up. Hopefully, it will get better. Sure is dry down here. Suppose to rain tonight.

I hear ya Big Ronnie. There are several of the people I work with that are going to lose their camps and I sure do hate it for them. I hate it for ya'll too. I hope all your family will be out of harms way.

Thanks for the invite Mr. Bradford. May have to take you up on it just to see a hog. May have to start taking a hog with us when we go hunting.

Ben, it is good you are doing better. Keep improving and you'll be back in the woods soon.
