![]() Click image for full resolution. Map as of 9/1/12 Nations in colour are player nations, and area covered by them cannot be claimed. Nations in gray are non-player nations, and area covered by them can only be claimed by special request. Nations in white are vacant, and can be claimed in this thread. The only thing you need to do to claim a plot of land for your nation is post below a rough description of the borders of your nation, along with up to six city names and their approximate locations. However, there are a few things you can do to improve upon this: 1) Provide me with a map. If you do that, it will be a lot easier to update the map, your cities will be placed a lot more accurately and you may be able to be a bit more creative with your claims. 2) Be creative with your claims! Don't just say "I'll have North and South Korea, the capital will be Seoul, a major city will be Pyongyang etc etc". Try and form new formations of land, distorting our past perception of the world. Most of importantly, don't just claim cities that already exist. It's fine to have a city named London in South-East Asia; I'd prefer it if London wasn't where London is. 3) Don't claim too much land, but don't claim too little. You don't want to have a nation the size of Austria, as you'd have to have a tiny population, limiting your military size and roleplay value, but you don't want to have China, India, Indochina and half of Russia. Not only is it too unwieldy, but it's unfair on other nations. Remember, you can always start with something small, and create colonies or just expand your sovereign territory. Claims should be processed in one or two days. However, if the map isn't updated within that time, allow a week before sending me angry PMs and telegrams, or leaving the region altogether. If you want more information on any of the nations on this map, please see this thread or the appropriate factbook. Edited by Torquelas, Jan 9 2012, 09:40 PM.

That all looks fine; however, for some reason I'm only seing your map at 800x397 pixels, which makes it a bit harder to be exact with the borders. If you can't make it any higher res, don't worry; I'll manage. The cities can go anywhere, yes? |

Hahahaha. Somehow, I always end up talking to Americans when it's three in the morning their time and they're either high, on a sugar high or blind drunk. I played some very good online Pokémon with a college student for a week every night, and he always seemed to be halfway through a bottle of Jack Daniels. |

I don't drink too much, every now and then I will after a rough day at work, otherwise I get on here to surf, or I get on my xbox live account and play some Call of Duty or something with some friends. I always hung out with either some English dudes or a Russian buddy of mine...though he went underground...*shrugs* |

You sure have an interesting life. Most of the time, I'm just relaxing, reading or Interneting; I don't have too much time to do other stuff, due to school, and I worked for the first two weeks of these summer holidays; a little under six left now! With friends, we just hang out, get coffee, and we drink sometimes on weekends. My friends are incredibly politically-naive, don't read even genre fiction and instead prefer to watch TV, smoke and drink, which is kind of sad. But I love them. |
