gary, sid, roy, ron rob and mezt the 30 mile turnaround ride..with store stop..crosstail wind out..reverse on way home..used the 50 cank line up walk in water..was just like old times but slower..

You really need to cut out the store stops as they interrupt the maintaining fitness process and detract from the willpower training to keep going when tiring!
