Rules/Guidelines
These rules/guidelines only apply to the Mature Discussion forum. If they conflict with any of the general site rules, they overwrite them.

Q: How do I know my topic belongs in the Mature Discussion forum, and not the General forum?
A: Generally if the topic is along the lines of religion, politics, philosophy or sex it belongs in the Mature Discussion section. If it's a topic you'd like to be taken more seriously, it can also be put in here.
If a mod moves your thread, you are welcome to dispute it. If you're still unsure about where your thread belongs, feel free to ask a mod/admin.

Q: My thread is about sex and I put a NSFW tag in the title. Do I still have to sensor my posted media?
A: No. If the thread is marked as NSFW, all content within is excused from needing NSFW tags.

Q: Someone was arguing with me and being mean! Will they get in trouble?
A: This is very much a case-by-case situation, but generally in this section, no. Unless they were just trying to be a jerk, a heated and somewhat violent discussion wouldn't be out of place here. When you post a controversial thread, you must be prepared to butt heads with people of differing opinions. No one is going to get banned for being passionate about their beliefs.

Q: I made a thread to discuss racism/sexism. Someone posted saying they hate [race/sex]. Will they get in trouble?
A: If your thread was to discuss racism/sexism in general and someone shared their opinion about disliking a race or sex, no. If they were intentionally trying to be rude and/or offensive, then they might.

These rules(in FAQ forum) are subject to change at any time. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions about these rules or the Mature Discussion in general, PM me.
