Here's some character emoticons that I made. Posted ImagePosted ImagePosted ImagePosted Image Incidentally, I may very well be the first person to rip sprites of Vampire Wario. I had no problem finding the lesser characters, or even Metal Mario, but nope, no Vampire Wario to be found (WHY?! HE'S THE COOLEST CHARACTER THERE!). AnimGet, MSPaint, Gimp, and GIF Construction Set Professional were used, in case you want to make your own. |

^ You know, I actually downloaded that monkey and tried to fix it up. Whoever designed it made it weird, and I can't make the background transparent. Oh, well. :-/ |

MarioBro24, I'm currently working on a Bass emoticon. He's my favorite character from the Megaman series, and judging by your avatar I bet you'd like it. :vampire: (I think I'm over-abusing my emoticons. XD) [redit][/redit] |

I've only seen artwork of the MMBN Bass. I owned the first one. I always kept trying to get into it, and I'd play it on and off and try to give the game a good chance, but I just didn't like it too much. So, Bass.exe isn't very cool. That's disappointing. ;_; I wish Bass was in more games, I think it sucked that he was absent from Powered-Up (that would've been quite interesting to see). I mean, he only existed starting with Megaman 7 on the SNES, and afterwards he appeared in Megaman 8 on the PSX, and finally Megaman & Bass on the SFC and GBA. I mean, he first appeared in the 7th game and we still don't officially have a 9th. >_> He has of course been in a few spin-offs, but there just isn't nearly as much Bass as their should be. I've seen some sprite hacks of Bass in the NES games, but I'd love to see Megaman 7 or possibly 8 hacked to have a MM&B style Bass playable. Incidentally, he was first playable in the first game he was in, by accessing a 2P battle minigame. :) As for the sprite hack, sorry. Not done yet, I've been typing this message for the last 40 seconds and playing a lot of Super Breakout. Yay, my Paddle Controllers work again! Huzzah! :luigi: |

Yeah, I've got it on GBA. It's practically Megaman 9 for me, and it's just such an awesome game. The level design really was made with Bass in mind. There are a lot of perfect jumps for Megaman in the game, so it's a great challenge there. Megaman has a much easier time with the bosses, though. Some of them can be a nuisance as Bass. I also think it's cool how great the game looked. It came after Megaman 8 despite being on the SFC, and they try to copy the look of that game and it works well. :) |
