Posted Image This game is pretty cool. To sum it up, if you liked the first game, you'll like this one. Hell, if you didn't like the first one you might like this one. That was my case. It has several improvements, along with new jobs, items, etc. All-in-all, it's pretty damn fun. Story - 4/5 YOU ARE A KID NAMED ____ WHO ONE DAY GETS SUCKED INTO A MAGIC BOOK INTO THE FINAL FANTASY WORLD AND YOU JOIN THE CLAN OF ____ AND BAD SHIT HAPPENS AND YOU SAVE THE DAY AND GO HOME. so yeah It's pretty much really close to the last game, but the reason I gave it a 4 is because some of the plot twists later on are pretty neat. If you have patience, the story will work for you. Gameplay - 4/5 Hasn't really changed much at all from the last game, other than it seems to run smoother. And the judges aren't pricks anymore, you can fight a whole match without them in fact. Multiplayer - 0/5 Nonexistant. Music - 3/5 Pretty good, but nothing to write home about. A lot of recycled tracks. Replay Value - 3.5/5 A HELL of a lot of it, but somewhat repetitive. Plenty of jobs to try/max out, along with plenty of items to collect and missions to do once you've beaten the storyline. Hope you like grinding. Overall - 3.5/5 Pretty much, it's just an improved version of the first game. Much better, but still. My advice is, if you haven't picked up either, skip 1 and get this. Also, I would have given it a 4 but Marche isn't in it. ^o) |
