The Mondbarden are playing music since summer 2013 and regular concerts since September. We started with two people and became a band of eight until now. We perform every second Thursday on the stage in front of the Prancing Pony in Bree from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on the [DE-RP]Belegaer server. We play songs we like ourselves - from all times and all four wind directions...including unfamiliar melodies. |

Calhil and Calhid, the enigmatic twins from 'elsewhere', are new to Landroval but not to Lotro. We (the royal we that is, being the same bod behind the two - as you can probably tell by our badly timed emotes and one of us inevitably walking into fences and posts when a 'follow' goes wrong) love bands like The Cure, Nine Inch Nails, etc. So this is what 'we' play. All music transcribed by us. We have no particular regular slot to play, but can often be found wandering around Bree on the weekend looking for a party! |

The Just Abby's "Just" Abby (Abaraniel, The Just) and between 3 and 5 alts depending on the music selection. We play all over Landroval, usually unscheduled though we are considering a regular Friday night gig in the near future once calendars and schedules have been sorted. Other than that, Finny, I don't think there's anyone on Landroval that knows me better than you. Good or bad. ![]() |

The Remediators The Remediators have been playing together since October 2013, and we love all types of music, from rock to baroque to traditional. We especially enjoy creating music for concerts with a particular theme (like video game music or tributes to recently deceased musicians – yeah we have sort of a morbid streak going there). We don’t play on a regular schedule, but we often appear at special events around Landroval. |

Runic Knights Orchestra The Runic Knights kinship was formed on Brandywine server during the beta in 2007 as a large social kinship. The Runic Knights Orchestra (RKO) was formed by Steeloak in 2009 to take advantage of the music system of LOTRO, and to help entertain kinmates at kin events. RKO's first foray over to Landroval server was for Weatherstock 2012, and they reappeared for Weatherstock 2013. Currently, our roster consists of 8 regular members (Steeloak, Primrosiah, Pinoh, Sanicle, Grimbori, Belathriel, Zaxin, Khaladreth) and anywhere from 1-5 alts as needed. Since November, 2013, RKO has been performing regularly in front of the Bird & Baby Inn on Tuesday nights. Currently, we perform on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month from 9pm to 10:30pm /servertime, and hope to soon coordinate with GHMS to do joint concerts on the 5th Tuesday of the month. |

The Andune Ensemble Formed over 2 years ago and now veterans of over 100 concerts. The idea was to provide music for the European and afternoon crowd so concerts are at 3pm on Sundays in Bree. Led by Geoffroi, the current roster includes Lilikate, Hollyberye, Corulin, Atear (Atty), Braxwald, Quini, Esyae, Floradine, Jorui, Cennwyn and Rimbli. Andune play pretty much anything though the roots are in Gaelic traditional tunes. Typically we will play 85% our own music and for the the rest we promote other writers and bands. They work for pie and other quality baked goods! Edited by Keli, Apr 17 2014, 02:59 PM.

The little that is known about the strange Stewards of Midnight comes from this press clipping from earlier in the year... "As midnight approached outside the Prancing Pony last Saturday, whilst Animal House were telling the crowds that they would not be playing again until April, rumors started to do the rounds regarding a band that would appear on the stroke of midnight. The rumor implied that The Stewards of Midnight would play in place of the 'beards, having sworn an oath to do so "until they that are jailed shall return"; and at midnight, the rumors were confirmed. Six of the Free Peoples, were standing aside the rock in front of the Pony, five halfings and an elf maiden. They wore no beards, were dressed in brown and green, with not an item of pink clothing in sight. Shrewd observers of Bree nightlife noticed that four amongst them had been regularly seen outside the Pony at midnight in the past. Twelve songs did they play, all familiar to the followers of the Bards, Beers and Longbeards, which seemed well received by the folks who had gathered to dance and listen. With the final notes of their last song still drifting across the crowd, one amongst their number was seen to leap upon a hobby horse and ride south; the rest rapidly following amid shouts of "Hey! He's got our pies!" |
