Note that there may be spoilers on here so if you dont want the story ruined, turn away now!

went to see Iny yesterday and was suprised by how mush it turned into Sci-Fi at the end. Sure theres been weird stuff on Indiana Jones before like the ark but come on, Aliens? WTF is Spielberg and Lucas doin? Its not E.T or Star Wars anymore man!

P.S. exept for that ending part, i reckon that the movie wasnt that bad. nice touch with the hat blowing to "Henry the 3rd"

and aliens is what lucas does best (aka star wars)

I personaly think the alien twist was not to heavy and was blended in very well with the indi style the Action scenes

it's the rolling action and slap stick comedy that makes indi for whar it is.

Harrison is getting on now and i think it was ended well.
I think another one will just spoil it plus lucas is getting out of it all, as he is also getting on a bit too. There is is still star wars 7, 8 and 9 to come and he has already said that he wont be invloved.

I meant that Shiah whatever his name is would be the new Indy and dosent look like Spielberg is goin anywhere any time soon. besides Peter Jackson could pick it up and do a pretty good job if he wanted to. (as long as its not as boring and dragged out as King Kong. my god talk about boring!)

P.S:any idea what will be in the Star Wars' if it ever enev comes out?

Yeah a new indi may slip throug with a stroy of his son who knows

as for star wars there are some books that were loosly written around George's story lines

the basic plot is that there are some still some sith floating around in hidding and Luke goes hunting for recuits for a jedi acdamy.

Some sub plots with leia having twins to han ect..

I recomend geting some books set after ROTJ

For me, it took a bit to get into..but when you think about it, after Roswell and all...the 50's is when pulp sci-fi started to really take off....so where the previous Indy's were in the 30's and had that 30's feel, this one is a 50's movie...you notice the design of the ship is classic saucer...just like they were portrayed back then...

I did love the fridge, that was just classic...
