I played Heavenly Sword on my friend's PS3. I played all the missions that used the six-axis to guide things in slow motion and I found the controls surprisingly responsive, but then again everything was... slow :P I had a lot of fun firing arrows/hats/cannonballs/whatever at people groins. I think they should have focused on the slow motion nut-shots as their core game mechanic  Now that I think about it, why has the wii not let me use its motion control features to shoot people's balls? That would be awesome, Unreal tournie style commentator - "Nut shot", "Nut shot"...

Gears of War 2..

So far, pretty good.

Co-Op is fun as usual, though apparently the Menu sucks ass :P You'll have to ask Jase about that XD

For me it was Guitar Hero On Tour (the DS one). My sister's been playing it too so I have to beat the shit out of her scores or she'll never shut up about it. It's pretty fun. Good songs. My band name is The Tators. I love it.

I've been playing Project Torque, a very, VERY kick ass MMO Racing Game.

Plays okay on a keyboard, but I may need to buy myself a USB steering wheel in the future.

Comix Zone on the Sega Megadrive Collection for PS2. That and Golden Axe III. And my 4 year-old son and Sonic have finally been introduced via Sonic the Hedgehog II. Tis win playing 2 player Sonic with him! :D

Saw it in JB on the weekend and could not resist after talk about it coming to PS3 in another thread last week.

I was at Egames Friday and Saturday. Got to play Prince of Persia, Spyro, Farcry 2, Bad Company, Pure, Grid, Mirrors edge, Puzzle Kingdoms. There were probably more I can't remember...

You are getting old. Remembering stuff isn't as easy as it used to be. :P

I got to play RE5.

I'm saddened that I didn't get to play PoP or Shawn White's Snowboarding...

PoP looked incredible, but if you weren't sure what to do next, just press triangle! It would show you which wall to run up and which pillars to jump onto. Cheap-ass Y-gen game mechanics.

Spyro was the biggest surprise for me, he has been given Kratos' control system! Square is light attack, triangle is heavy attack, circle is grab and cross is jump/fly. When you combine them, you can grab an enemy and hit the attack buttons, swinging them up, down, and around until they are dead. So God of War! Even has a hit tally at the side of the screen! :P
