He's Labor.....not a conservative :P

Labor is the Left Wing Party of the Masses, who believe that Government should be in charge of what you think, do, say, look at, read, watch on your DVD player, play on your console, look at on your internet...

You can bitch about the Liberal's being Conservative to cows come home....but at least they believe in the rights of the Individual, not the Collective.

Still, it's fairly conservative to believe that video games are going to corrupt children and that we should all be treated like 15 year olds.

It's funny. Labor always come out with the draconian measures of censorship/breaching privacy, yet Liberal are seen as the right wing devils.

Doesn't bother me either way. I voted for Dr Karl last election, then the shooter party, then the fathers party.

Finally, you should never discuss politics and religion in polite company. That's why I save it for Xbox LIVE and the show...XD

I wouldnt say Conservative....its the more Extremist View that Government Knows Best, when those on the Right believe in smaller government and more rights to the individual...

i think its more those kinds of views are moving upwars toward the Authroitarian Heights of the political graph...where it doesnt matter if you're left or right...you're still a blood thirsty tyrant.

=P

Actually, only proper nouns start with capitals.

I literally just finished Mass Effect 2. Took 18hrs, and well worth it. Will resume Dragon Age next week.

About 10 hours into FF13. It looks and sounds fantastic. However:

-Been running and jumping down the same corridor the whole time. No side tunnels.
-I am unable to change my party make-up.
-I am unable to control more than one chararcter at a time during battles.
-The new battle system forces me to auto-attack because manually choosing things leaves me too exposed.

So I have yet to PLAY a ROLE in any of the decisions in this ROLE PLAYING GAME. Can anyone tell me if things get any better?

I can't believe you have posted this. I'll let you know because I picked up Lost Odyssey for $20 at Dick Smith today.

Okay, this point I need to bring up. Why does everyone see this as a problem? Final Fantasy XII saw you only directly controlling one character; no complaints. Persona 3/4; two lauded RPG's also saw you directly controlling one character; no complaints. Every Bioware game from KOTOR onwards saw you mostly focus on directly controlling one character; no complaints. The original Fallout games saw you directly controlling one character; no complaints.

Unless I'm missing something here, why now is it a problem?

Nobody likes Final Fantasy anymore. People just like explosions and shit now. Fuck Activision.
