Played about half way through the main story of RE5 in co-op last night - quite enjoyable once you get going and learn the controls
Yeah, co-op made the game a tad more fun. Shame it wasn't as fun in SP.

That Medievil remake for PSP. Picked up a copy sans-case for $5. It's still as much fun as it was all those years ago. I don't get why it got such ages reviews.

Probably because people wanted that second analogue stick. Though come to think of it, did Medievil use it?

I just unlocked SOTN, and was not only surprised that it WAS actually the PS1 version, but also that all the voices have been changed and the script retranslated. So no "What is a Man".
So what's the point of remaking it then?

Medievil was one of the first games to come with analogue compatibility, so it was made so you didn't have to use 2 sticks (I only had the digital pad when I played it on PS1). It plays fine. The camera works pretty much perfectly and when it (very rarely) doesn't, it's easily fixed by re-centering the camera with the R button.

I recommend you check it out.

Although the PSP remake could have used a second analogue for the camera, still a good PSP game though

Yeah, a second stick is always better but most games are fine without it. The only game I found impossible to play without a second stick was Splinter Cell (obvious reasons). I hate having to use the face buttons to control the camera. It feels dumb and I won't get Peace Walker because of it.

You would think Sony might have done something and possibly made a special PSP controller that could connect to the PSP directly instad of having to have a PS3 controler and the PSP-GO.

Ah right - wasn't sure if it had come out before or after the Dual Shock came out. Probably will just pick it up on PSN.

Honestly, you could probably pick it up off eBay for the same price as the PS1 version on PSN.

Yeah, probably.

Been playing a bit of Parappa on PSP. Good stuff, but the timing for some of the stuff is fucking balls as is the penalty for missing a beat.

Reach.

Credits + Firefight Matchmaking + Daily/Weekley Challenges = Fun
+1

About 3/4 of the way through the campaign, better than the previous installments but 1st is still the best.

Firefight is much better than in ODST.

MP has been alright so far, had a great game on Infection rockin Gears style with my Shotgun.

Sim's just an angry man calling it Dry Reach Around

I've had a bit of success in Invasion, thats pretty fun.

FFA isnt really that fun for me, Team based stuff is better....more chance of winning and getting Credits XD

Might have to give Infection a go though, that rarely came up in the Halo 3 rotation :P

You also gotta remember that Sim plays NOTHING but MW2, and that he bitches about EVERYTHING.
