Played Reach in 4 player co-op on Legendary last night and it's crazy - as in Borderlands the difficulty increases with the number of players.

Elites are damn near impossible to kill and I'm not looking forward to the Brutes later in the game. Suprisingly Hunters weren't so bad, just grab the shotgun and dance around them while blasting away.

Bunch of weird things. Downloaded the demo to Blade Kitten...which while at least has some decent mechanics, didn't really grab me. Plus the whole "KAWAII NO DESU NE" attitude to it just seems...weird and ill-fitting.

Then moved on to Dead Rising 2: Case Zero. Really bloody impressed. It still feels like Dead Rising, which is fantastic, and the item combo stuff works shockingly well. Then there's the whole slice of Dead Rising 2 element which I really do enjoy - and the price is just right. Also, the ability to save after clearing cases is much welcomed, and I do hope that's a part of the main game.

I also picked up Civ V today...and that's just about it. Stupid Steam and it's stupid unlocking bullshit. I can't even install the fucking thing.

Yeah I forgot to mention that when I told you it got broken =P

Then I realised how funny it would be when you got home.

Did you walk into EB and buy a Collectors Edition?

Didn't have any. Didn't care.

And I knew about the crap with Steam. Still doesn't mean it's fucking shit.

I honestly don't know what's more of a pain - the Castlevania demo being a PSN+ exclusive, or this.

F1 2010.

Codies have done well. Hey, at least we got F1 themed games back again, instead of the previous developer holding the license and doing nothing with it.

Should probably dig up the old Bizarre Creations F1 games. Really dug those.

Anyway, Civ 5 for me. It's as good as you expect it to be - admittedly, it's taking a little time to get used to the new systems, but I'm enjoying it otherwise.

Finished off Case Zero, getting the "A" ending. Might replay to level up one more time and finish off all the achievements, but otherwise, I'm prepped for whenever I get around to getting Dead Rising 2.

Started on Kane & Lynch 2 also, via a rent. Probably the only game that's actually made me motion sick, because GODDAMN that camera is nuts. Shooting is satisfying, but it sucks that there's no melee or blind fire, and while it's not a fault of the game, my damned muscle memory keeps thinking I'm playing Uncharted, thanks to a lot of the mechanics being quite similar (i.e. you need to pick up your own ammo after enemies drop it).

DR2 last night in co-op with the Captain...and fuckn hell it's frustrating...everytime he saved the game I got kicked back to the main menu which wouldn't be so bad if it didn't take sooooo long to join a co-op game.

Also, wouldn't let me join when he had saved after a story progression checkpoint, had to wait for him to go to a normal save before joining again.

I am hooked on the MP TIR - all money raised online in ranked matches can be saved to your character for spending in SP so I am cashed up at the moment - but that too can take awhile to find a game even though you only need 4 players.

I just play 6 hours of DR2 straight.

This shit is fucking addictive. Its like the first one....plus a shit ton of awesomeness.

Went up 14 levels in that 6 hours =P

Also, you HAVE to take out that Leon bitch during Day 1, opens up his trailer and can combine shit with the Bike....Chainsaw Bike FTW!

nabbed the Kill 1000 Zombies with the Bike achievement in like a couple of minutes.

There was a patch last night when I put the game in - hopefully it was to fix the co-op.
