6 GB sounds a bit much for bloody Medal of Honor... I actually gave up on MOH after Rising Sun, and going by what everybody is saying, it seems that is the right thing to do. 6 GB for any game seems to be overkill...

Got my hands on Castlevania Lords of Shadow and I am digging it. I have heard criticism for the new Castlevania in that it is too derivative of other games, but in my opinion, aren't all games derivative of each other?
Anyhow, loving it, the combat is nice and satisfying, but I must agree with Jamie and many others when it comes to the soundtrack; even the PSP Castlevania had a more Castlevania feel than this one. It may be down to the fact that whats her name that did the other games had nothing to do with this one.
Well...the PSP Castlevania was a port of an older style of the game - remember, before SOTN, Castlevania games used to be platformers.

And 6GB is JUST for Medal of Honour: Frontline. And it's worth it.

Rock Band 3. They seem to have listened to various video game OSTs, particularly Saints Row 2. There's Misery Business, Sister Christian, Everybody Wants To Rule the World, yada yada yada.

Stiiiiiiiiill New Vegas.

Love the references.....especially coming across "Crashed Highwayman", perhaps the Chosen One made it out to Nevada....could he be the Courier's ancestor? Hmmm perhaps the DLC will shed light on the Courier's past...

TFUII

Same button mashing gameplay as the first (which I'm still to finish) but with what seems more QTEs. Gone with the bigger is better approach with the boss fights - one in particular is the 'Gorog' which is the size of skyscraper and took almost 30 min to complete.

New force power is 'mind control' - always fun to use it on the hapless stormtroopers then watch them jump off the platform to their death or run straight into the nearest force shield.

If you liked the first by all means pick it up (BigW $78.46 cheapest I've seen it for)

RDR Zombies

6+ SP campaign aand MP equals 800pts well spent.

Only a little way into the SP (have captured Pestilence for my new horse - almost impossible to kill). Undead Overrun in MP is great fun and is like Horde on steroids.

The soundtrack isn't as catchy as previous titles, but I think it is due to the style of the game. Rock-Symphonies would be so out of place in Lords of Shadow, so what they went with (Epic-Symphonic-Orchestration) seems to be a good alternative.

Also, I remember when God of War came out that a lot of people and journalists said it was the best Castlevania game ever made...

True; and some are now saying that Castlevania ripped off God of War for Lords of Shadow!

Yeah, I would imagine that the same style of soundtrack from the Metroidvania titles would've been really out of place here. Still, it is a little jarring.

I heard that Gran Turismo 5 will be a 10GB install.

What the hell is the world coming to- How did we survive last generation when we were playing GT4 without installs on inferior machines? Hence why the fuck are these installs so stupidly large?

It's probably because we had technology that could read the media fast.

PS3 BD Drive is only 2x

The install is optional, but as with most things....it'll preform better with it i'd say.

At least it's optional. Been looking forward to it since they announced it a decade ago.
