Hello i thought to start a topic were people who have problems with there consoles can discusse and hopefully solve there problems.

let me get the ball rolling:

about a week ago my 360 controller as running out of battery life and more often i saw the ring of light spinnig in a circle, so i then changed the batterys and it stoped.

now today as i was packing up my ps1 to be stored away i read the 360 troublshooting section and looked for the swirling ring of light problem but it did not say anything, but i noticed it said if any other pattern occurs its an error and needs to be serviced, now i cant be screwed calling microsoft so can someone answer my problem?

PS: my 360 has been working fine, no problems. And my 360 is not modified, mishandeld ETC

Dude...seriously, you need to work on your explanations...

Is it just a moving Ring of Light on your Controller? or is it on your console as well?

Because if its on the controller its a warning that your batteries are running low, so it will start "spinning", the lower the power, the more frequent it "spins"

I've not encountered a spinning light on the console apart from when it boots up...Its only when the Ring turns Red that you need to worry.

So yeah, just explain your problems a bit clearer so we're all on the same page.

agreed i still dont really know what your asking.
if it has stopped then whats the problem now?
if it is still swirling while there are fresh batteries then it cold be dodgy connections.
i had my controller screw up for a while becasue insteat of holding down the middle "x" button to turn off the controler i would just pull out the back, since then i have turned it off properly and alls good, so if you have been pulling out the battery pack a lot that might be the problem.

I've got a problem with my Wii.

Willy jokes aside, the problem is that THERE ARE NO FUCKING GAMES FOR THE BLOODY THING.

This topic won't work!

PS3 has no problems. ;)

*Hides, and awaits flaiming*

Anyway, my Xbox will sometimes make very loud noise reading the disk, that it actually stoped me playing Saints Row 2, I figured it was just a one off, but it wasn't, I tried moving it etc..nothing has changed. But this isn't a big problem, doesn't happen that often.

mine does the same thing with the same game, but you get used to it just like you get used to the heat the 360 makes.

I love it how quickly every single thread either turns into a console war or just complete shit. the latter usually courtesy of tory, eli or TD Hyper (god rest his soul).
That is all.
