My favs in no particular order

- The Matrix (none of the sequels as they were crap)
- Braveheart
- Highlander (love the soundtrack too)
- Cube
- Evil Dead 1 & 2

To coincide with a post I am about to make, I'm starting this bitch back up. The homework is Fantastic Planet, or La Sauvage. It's a 70's cartoon from France, and it's certainly an interesting piece of cinema.

I'll give you that. It's one of the weirdest movies ever made - there really isn't anything quite like it. Haven't seen it in a little while myself, but can recall not really feeling it after the half hour mark - mainly since the movie just seemed to slow down and focus more on showing all the extremely weird stuff. Not that was a bad thing, but it just felt that after that mark, nothing was really happening. Perhaps it was my headspace at the time, I don't know.

As for the rest of you who want to watch the film - it's just over an hour long, and you can easily find it on Google Video.
