These two forms were created a fair amount of time ago by myself using the character Azhrukhal Baldor: despite some efforts they've never been officialised, yet Baldor still uses them to a good degree and will teach them to anyone willing and able to learn.
Form VIII
 Kivos Way of the Duuvhal The Temperance Form

Kivos was created in order to create a form capable of adapting to numerous unusual situations by a regimented structure of different methods of fighting based on body stance, stamina levels, environment and many other factors. It was inspired by the natural workings and adaptations of various animals, and the Duuvhal, it's namesake, was one of the main creatures observed to create this form. The name Kivos comes from the species Kiffar and their clan Vos: it is a tribute to the fact many of the techniques are reminiscent of Kiffar hunting techniques perfect by the Vos clan.

Kivos was created up to and finalised in the year of 2012AGM. The form was designed to bridge the gap between the more free-flowing styles and the rigid styles of combat throughout the galaxy, as well as creating a form designed to be able to adapt to all kinds of opponent, though is primarily used by those of a physically large stature and more evolved combat abilities. The form requires a high level of physical strength, though not as much as Form V, but, most of all, required incredible analytical and predictive abilities in order to strike quickly and, what would appear to the enemy as, randomly.
The form was developed in a time when many Jedi found themselves facing a large number of highly skilled opponents, and as such was designed to also function as an intense training program to bridge that gap.

The form has considerable emphasis on complete control of one's body, allowing a skilled practicioner to execute odd and fantastic movements one would usually be incapable of doing. The form is also designed to grant incredible stamina and strength, mostly through incredible physical fitness but often also physical augmentation through the Force, and as thus is also a spiritually demanding form of combat. The Form splits the body into two sections: Upper and Lower, corresponding to above and below the waistline. Each of the sections is given three sets of movement, referred to as "Cantos", or "Canto" in the singular, originating from an ancient form of poetry. - Upper Section

Each of the Upper Section cantos are based around the different uses one has of their lightsaber, with each having a different aim. - First Canto

Most commonly known as the "Fire Soul Canto", this is the most aggressive of the three styles of fighting in Kivos. It uses the ideology of a fire in that it continuously beats down at the opponent, which is shown in the fact it is an almost entirely offensive form of combat with little to no room for error or defensive measures. The central aim of the Fire Soul Canto is to keep the lightsaber constantly moving, often in sweeping and spinning motions achieved through the elbows and wrists, in order to maintain momentum that can be unleashed in a strong attack at any moment. This particular Canto is extremely physically demanding, and most often requires the use of the Force to sustain oneself during combat in order to avoid exhaustion after lengthy fights.
The stance for this is one of a constantly flowing movement which can release bursts of attack at any moment, and as such there is no particular hand sequence, though both hands on the lightsaber hilt is advised to maintain maximum striking power. The strikes are also remarked to be extremely fast, and as thus are highly difficult to block: the movements of the saber are often reversed in direction or completely changed from vertical to horizontal to dismount an opponent's guard, confuse them and strike them down efficiently.
The signature technique of this Canto is referred to most commonly as "The Final Blossom", and is a technique that often in a single use can push it's user to the point of collapse. It consists of 13 high speed strikes from a random set of directions, with each being powered by the force and becoming progressively stronger and slower, with the final designed to cleave through an opponent's guard and often cut them in two.
- Second Canto

The second Canto is often reffered to as the "Ocean Soul Canto" in reference to the fact it can be adapted to both offense and defence. It uses water's natural differentiations between a peaceful calm and a violent wave to model itself, and as thus is extremely versatile and unpredictable at best. This canto utilises quick changes between an orthodox and reverse grip (i.e. lightsaber held up-side-down) in order to confuse the opponent and allow for quick connections of highly diverse striking methods.
The stance for this is differentiated between two: the standard stance is a one-handed grip on the lightsaber with the blade held facing upwards, and the reverse grip is held in front of the body, with the blade pointing diagonally down to the outside of one's body (i.e. if you're right handed, points diagonally down right, and vice-versa). Each of these stances can be switched quickly with proper training in order to achieve a "flowing" transition of strikes.
The second canto's signature technique is most known as a "Blissful Wave", and is in fact a fairly standard counter-attack for the form. It utilises a "ghost block": this is where the practicioner moves around an attack and places their lightsaber in a blocking stance, though does so near to but without touching their opponent's blade. This is then following up by a vicious, one-handed spinning attack capable of cleaving an enemy in two.

The Third Canto, despite it's more rigid style, is actually hailed as the most powerful of the three cantos, and is known as the "Land Soul Canto". This canto consists of powerful, wide strikes that move at high speeds: the aim of this is not to confuse the opponent, but present them with a force they simply cannot defend against: these strikes are calculated and extremely accurate, and each one is designed to either shatter a guard or severely injure the opponent.
The stance for this canto is the lightsaber held in both hands: the arms are held out in front with the elbows slightly bent, and the blade of the weapon pointing at the opponent's face also. This allows for a quick transition between sturdy blocks and powerful attacks, all in an attempt to create an immovable warrior.
The third canto's signature technique is known only as "Retribution", and is the only one of the three not associated with the Soul name's element. This technique requires incredible analytical skills and reaction times, as well as complete control of one's body for pinpoint accuracy. This is not a large attack in itself, though it can be used to provide the basis for one. Retribution is a unique ability for a practicioner of this form to pre-empt the attacks of the opponent, and create an attack during their opponent's which will not only act as an offensive maneuver, but will also defend them by overpowering their opponent and often removing their weapon hand.

Each of the lower section cantos revolve around the different styles and intensities of footwork and movement one can use in battle. - Fourth Canto

The Fourth Canto, which is the first dealing with footwork, is most often known as the "Predator's Dance". The Fourth Canto is designed specifically to attack on the move: however, this does not refer to simply stepping around an opponent, rather it refers to chasing them on foot and being able to fight off enemies both stationary and mobile without losing any momentum.
The stance is simple: the user runs at high speed, and will always place their foot on the highest point near them: for example, a small mound in the floor would be stepped on, and a nearby crate would be leapt upon to gain additional height and speed. The stance, which in itself is more of a positioning, aims to provide an advantage over the opponent in both speed and altitude in order to bring the fight stationary.
The signature technique of this canto is referred to as "The charge of the Doashim". This technique consists of using the force to push the user at an even higher speed for a single movement: the user lunges at the enemy in a dashing move and will tackle them to the ground, often utilising acrobatics to somersault and attack the opponent with their weapon.
- Fifth Canto

The Fifth Canto, hailed as the most beautiful and artistic, is known as the "Ladalum Dance". The Ladalum was a rare red flower native to Alderaan and unable to grow anywhere else, and it was known for it's deep and striking beauty. This form of footwork takes it's inspiration from the graceful movements of a petal in the wind, and as such is extremely graceful and fluent, very similar to the footwork of Form II.
The stance is fairly simple: the user keeps one foot planeted firmly on the ground, with the toes of the other rested gently on the floor in a nearby position. The movement of the lighter foot allows the user to move in various directions simply by shifting their weight from one foot to another, and allows for complex and quick movements in a duel. It also offers acrobatic abilities in that it allows them to maneuver themselves without any restrictions.
The signature technique of this style of footwork is known as a "Breeze-step": this technique entails the lunging of one's legs and the quick switching of weight from one foot to another to provide a graceful and streamline movement away from attacks and around opponents, allowing for efficient counter-attacks.
- Sixth Canto

Most commonly known as the "Iron Dance", this style of footwork is used to create an almost immovable solidarity and to provide incredible strength in attacks through the muscles in leg. The technique earnt it's name from the metal Iron, known for being both strong but also capable of bending under stress, relating to the fact the stance is also designed to allow the legs to take the brunt of many physical forces.
The stance is simplistic: the user places their leading leg forward and bends both knees, to create a supple yet powerful stance from which they can attack. This stance allows them to make limited yet effective movements during combat and position themselves to strike most effectively.
This canto is known to have a signature technique regarded as near-impossible to perform, despite the canto's overall simplicity. Known as a "Storm Step", this is in fact a sequence of between three and six steps executed with absolute precision and timing combined with a number of strikes. The user channels the Force into their legs to make them faster and more durable, and executes a number of short steps that, despite their small bredth, allows the user to attack from highly differentiated angles. This is considered difficult as it requires the user to balance the speed of their steps perfectly with the speed of their own strikes, the attacks of the enemy and their opponent's footwork.

 Form IX - Shy'est-in Way of the Leviathan The Empathy Form

In response to Kivos, a form was required that allowed the same level of tactical leverage whilst doing away with the impracticality of various different set types of movement. There was also the need for a form to counter the growing use of powerful Juyo in the Sith without resorting to Vaapad, which would often cause Jedi to Fall: as a result, Shy'est-in was born. The namesake of the form, the Leviathan, is a gargantuan beast that feeds on the deaths of others: this form was created as a mockery and complete mirror of the terrible beast, and instead draws on spiritual serenity and life itself to empower the user.

Shy'est-in was created over a period of many years alongside Kivos, though was often shunned due to the spiritually demanding nature of the form and the miriad skills needed to be able to use it effectively. The form was designed that it may be used by anybody of any species or condition, regardless of physical build: instead it relies on ones connection to the Force, and their honed senses.
It is often suggested that training in Kivos is taken before moving onto Shy'est-in as, despite it's intended nature, it is still a physically demanding form.

"Shy'est-in requires a Jedi to experience the most base euphoria of being alive, and use that to become truly serene." - Azhrukhal Baldor
Shy'est-in is a form that, much like Vaapad, requires a lot of focus on skills that do not often fall directly under Swordsmanship and, also like Vaapad, requires a unique state of mind to be used simultaneously and perfectly harmonised with the form for it to be effective.
An aspiring learner of Shy'est-in is first expected to have knowledge of the Force to a good degree, and as such many potential students are forwarded to the Consulars for training. A Jedi who uses this form is deeply connected to the Living Force, and draws power from it with no difficulty. This respect and attunement to the Living Force is also expected to branch into some training with Force Empathy, the ability to read and understand the emotional states of others. Once this is achieved alongside the necessary high level of physical fitness the Jedi begins training in the use of the use of their Force Empathy for combat purposes, and they are later trained to develop an advanced danger sense to further increase tactical superiority.

"Reading about the Form and experiencing it in battle are two very different things." - Un-named Jedi.
The greatest basis of the power of this form is it's Empathic style: often described more bluntly as "Leech-like" or "Symbiotic" in nature, it taps into the Living Force and channels the energy found there into the user, making them a formidable opponent. This awareness has three main advantages: it acts as a kind of "sonar" and allows the user a greater situational and environmental awareness, it attunes the mind and makes the user unwaveringly focused, and the link to the Living Force also gives them a slight advantage in terms of Force usage. This bond, in fact, requires a complete mastery of ones own mind and body, and a very strong connection to nature, and as thus is exceedingly rare even amongst the most highly-trained and experienced Jedi.
The stance is both unique and mundane in subtle and differing ways. Like most forms the user places one leg forward and bends the knees, though most prefer to lead with the stronger leg. This is reversed in Shy'est-in, as the opening stance is used only when significantly out of melee range. Whilst the form's empathic nature allows good defence against blaster bolts, it is significantly weaker than others as the sharp focus required does not cope well with dozens of ranged projectiles, and can lead to injury. As such the user is trained also in Force enhancement techniques, most notably Force Leap, in order that they may move quickly between enemies. The practicioner leads with the weaker foot, and holds the lightsaber loosely down at their side, just behind their waist, so they may move unhindered.
The actual combat stance is slightly more rigid: it consists of the same foot pattern initially, though body weight is shifted between legs as the situation and movement demands. The lightsaber is wielded with either one or two hands, also changing as the situation demands, though often with two hands when actually striking an opponent, and not their guard.

Hunt of the Mailoc - Named after the fierce predator, the Mailoc, this manoeuvre is extremely unorthodox and widely frowned upon. The user must first initiate a free-fall: that is, throw their opponent off a building or high object. They initiate a chase through the air, pierce their opponent through the chest with their weapon, and use the force to direct the impact of the floor into the body of the opponent, which breaks the majority of their bones and kills them. This move cannot, of course, be used from extreme heights.
Suriage - A distinctive slash of the form, the Suriage is a diagonal, top-to-bottom two-handed slash into the collarbone of an opponent. If they are wearing armour the force is capable of pushing them to their knees: otherwise, it is guaranteed to sever them from one shoulder to the opposite hip.
Venom of the Kouhun - Named after the poisonous insect used in an assassination attempt on Padmé Amidala, the Kouhun was capable of taking down creatures over a hundred times it's modest size with it's potent venom. This manoeuvre refers more to a method of combat: used when fighting gargantuan beasts, it focuses on slowly whittling them down, immobilising them, and then killing them swiftly.
