Fact Or Fiction: Humanity Still Surprised That 'Megalomaniacal Pricks' Decide Everything |

Maybe we should have a lottery where all citizens who are healthy enough are picked for leadership positions. It seems like the real megolomaniacs volunteer for powerful jobs. That means they feel superior right there. Regular humble people don't feel like they are above others so the more reluctant the people chosen by a random lottery system the better. |

I think they tried that experiment in Athens Greece and it flopped. People mention it like it was some great plan that was super successful but it really didn't go over very well. The humble people hated it and put a stop to it. Also, illiterates and people with subpar IQs were being selected for offices like Comptroller positions and such. Finally, there were just all out greedy people that would hand out favors and assets to their friends and family. Its true that big families (especially in small, rural counties, in Indian tribes, and various entrenched NYC/east coast boroughs) tend to still do that. I don't know, maybe a handful of people selected randomly as candidates and then a vote to decide the final person. It wouldn't eliminate all nepotism but it would put a dent in it and ensure that reasonably competent people took care of civic business. Hmmm.... maybe a process akin to jury selection. lol |

Yeah....jury duty. ....that'll weed out the self serving b@$ terds. Sounds like the best plan ever. LOL. All I know is that all the most pompous dillholes always see themselves as bank presidents or upper management. Talk about over estimating their potential. One of these things is not the same. |

I think that's the best idea so far but even jury duty would just expose similar dillholery at another social strata. You know, once people get selected for the jury they want to be "Foreman". I was thinking about this problem last night and that all brings us to the real problem. We act like people are innately bad and it makes humankind bad. The concept is what we call sin. What it really is is a condition tied to LIFE... all life. I believe Hobbes called it "competition" and Darwin called it survival of the fittest. Religion has taught us to feel guilty for it. Keep in mind that religion has also been pretty self serving for the self serving dillholes to. You know things like women keeping their heads covered and endorsements of slavery, etc. However, even plants need to find their ecological niche. All species of animals tend to have their packs and their leader types with dominant displays to maintain order and establish mating rights. That is the root of so called "leadership". Its all rooted in dominance to further propagation of our species. So quick recap: Leadership = Dominance --> Completely self centered + Egotistical Dillhole. Yes, I know we are supposed above animals due to our intelligence (although heart is important to) but at our core our bodies belong to the animal kingdom no matter how the religious zealots slice it. |

I wonder what would work. Nice people are of all backgrounds are taught to feel empathy for less fortunate but at the same time pushed to succeed as well. This can create mental conflict and anxiety. People deal with anxiety differently. Some drink. Others self sabotage. While some are driven to succeed by working too hard to not deal with themselves. After a while people who use work to deal with anxiety can not understand why others are not like them. The successful lose ability to empathize with people whose coping skills result in poverty. There's not a lot of religious reasons for lack of empathy. ...just lack of humanity that results from compulsive workaholism as a means of dealing with their own weaknesses. Which in their head they flip into a false strength. That's the world as I have seen it. ...can't unsee it. |

Kind of like when thin people look at fat people and judge them. Thin people cope with anxiety by not eating while fat people eat in response to anxiety. It's a hydra....cut off one anxiety head another grows in it's place. Just horrifying.

People were plenty nasty to me when I was skinny. People were nasty when I weighed a healthy weight. People have been nasty about my weight since I quit smoking and put on some weight. People are nasty insecure jerks. Its just how it is. |

Yeah. People are mean especially about things beyond their experience. Or about people in a socially weak group. Like the poor or fat or extreme outliers maybe. People are just plain mean. Some from negative comparison like fat people hating thin people or rich people resenting poor people or poor people jealous of rich people. It's a viscous circle. We all need to find our humanity and realize we all die eventually. Are the poor such a burden they need to die from their lack? |

They are mean no matter what. You can weigh what your supposed to weigh and they will find a way to give you grief. You don't need to be an outlier at all. |

Here this works. I mean it really kicks ass and it helps reduce inflammation as well. It should be right on the shelf where you work. You take a pill 15 minutes before you eat every time you're going to eat (about 3 times a day). Make sure to drink an entire glass of water with each pill (which will also help right there). At first it may not help much but keep taking it anyway. If it doesn't help you lose weight it will help you with your fibromyalgia. Spring Valley Acai Dietary Supplement Softgels, 200 count Just do it. lol |
