Food labelling underestimating calorie content of some foods, scientists say
Dieters who eat high-fiber foods consume more calories than they think because retailers' calorie count system is out of date.
Claim that the calories in fiber are not counted, while calories in proteins are over estimated.
Says that proteins make dieters feel fuller and take longer to digest.
