Morning peeps It's raining today but finally supposed to go from 20 degrees below normal to 20 degrees above normal today. We, of course, have had no in between days and by Tuesday it's supposed to be 20 degrees below normal again. The contractor is coming this evening to rip out our master bathroom vanity, mirror and toilet. So renovation will officially be under way. Wish me luck in living with no master bathroom for 2 weeks while we stagger various contractors to do work. |

Morning Peeps! Yay to Friday eve! Partly sunny with a high of 73 today. I'm crazy busy today. I've got appointments at 8 & 9. Then I leave at 10 to drive to the main office for a meeting. Meeting is from 11:15-12:15 then I get an hour for lunch and an hour drive back. Then I see two more clients at 2:30 and 3:30. Basically I'm driving 2 hours for a 1 hour meeting but not my call. I'll get mileage for the drive. Bball- good luck with the renovations blkct- hope your day goes smoothly with all you have to do Farmma and Pudgy enjoy your sunshine and warm weather |

Good morning. It looks like a pretty nice day today. I have a board meeting at 9 that wiil run til at least 11 then friend's visitation and memorial service this evening. I was supposed to show a house this afternoon but the couple did a drive by and didn't like the neighboring houses and cancelled. This couple sent me 16 neighborhoods they want to consider with very specific things they want and on many of those it was "x neighborhood but only the part near y street", "x neighborhood but only the area north of the mall and not close to the freeway." |

Good morning, peeps! Busy day in my world. I’ve finished everything for Project 1, and will pass that off tonight. I work this morning, need to pick up the groceries for Project 2, get the kids to piano lessons, go straight to a soccer game, and pick up pizza for dinner. Then I have most of the day tomorrow to finish packing/prepping for Project 2. While it’s going to be beautiful and in the upper 70’s today, our weekend trip will be marked by heavy rain on Friday, and snow on Saturday/Sunday, which makes our travel plans pretty dicey. Wish me luck! |

Top O' the Morning Peeps, It it Thursday. yeah. Cannot wait for tomorrow. Weekend is on the list. Sunny, warm, and supposed to hit 50 degrees today. Bossman is on vacation. Left me a to-do list yesterday and again today. At least I have work and am busy. Tonight is monthly library trustee meeting. It will be interesting. I let the trustees and director know early I was not available for any chair, vice chair, or secretary seats this year. In the past, I have alternated years with the secretary seat. That's all I got.

LW, glad you get mileage for that. Enjoy the drive - play some good music and sing along! I'm one of those & I "dance" too!RL - gee that is picky but at least you won't waste time on something they will turn down. Incredible, sounds like a "typical day" for you! Hope the weather doesn't mess up the weekend plans. UFS, with the HOA on your agenda now you sure don't need another position to take up your time. PBW - sending out good thoughts & prayers for the interviews. That is a full day! Hoping that the right one open up for you. Hi Starfish, freezing rain is the worst! Yuck. When do you think winter will finally retreat? |

Farmma I always sing along, even with DS16 in the car lol I have no idea wth the main office did to my schedule. I asked them to cancel my 10, 11, and 1 appointments. Move my 2&3 pm back 30 minutes. So far either nobody has bothered to show up or the canceled all the morning appointments. |

Morning, peeps! Everyone sounds so busy and organized *lol* Glad it is almost Friday. Been a tough week. One of the team members apologized to me yesterday because she "thought I was mad at her for Friday". Oh? You are only apologizing because you think I am mad, not because of what went down that you were part of? Gee, thanx! (For the record, I am not mad. It just showed me what they think of me.) |

Good Thursday morning, peeps. DH cancelled another counseling appointment yesterday and I'm at my wits end. A terrible, tragic thing happened to all of us, but he continues to insist he's okay. This on top of diagnosed PTSD from his military service is a lot to deal with. Today he is upset that I'm going out for coffee with a friend during the time his appointment was scheduled. I'm going to talk to the counselor, whom I also see, for advice on what to do. I'm spending this lovely spring day purging and cleaning my master closet. Long overdue. Enjoy this Friday eve. Good Thursday Morning, Peeps! Well, this is the first time in three days I am enjoying my usual morning coffee. It tastes good! Feeling about 90% my old self, even did a little Yoga last night. Won't be spending the day in bed today, which is a good sign. May even accept a temp job, if called, if it's not too far away. Will be taking my meds until Sunday, even though the nausea is pretty much gone and I'm holding done toast, crackers, and yogurt ok. I may try for scrambled eggs later. Good luck on your interviews, PBW! Have a good day all. Take care! Stay safe! |

Tough sub day yesterday. I had a student call apart in me and destroy a class room by throwing all the books on the floor, desk tipped, posters ripped. I was special ed and this student has a few issues with him. Just a tough day. Lots of clean up for me. At least the teachers helped me a metric ton. |

Good morning, peeps! The yard looks strange without the shed. SO and I just went to Town Hall to find out about getting the CO for the deck and it looks like it should be simple enough for us to do ourselves, and we can save about $2000 by not using Mr. Flaky. We're just waiting for the architect and his surveyor to get back to us on timing. We did find out that someone goofed in the tax office - I'm not listed as an owner of the house - so we have to go back with a copy of the recorded deed that shows me as an owner. Otherwise, I can't sign any of the paperwork. |

Morning All! Well, I learned a lot about sewer lines yesterday for the HOA....it’s a shitty job for sure! Today was supposed to be relaxed and quiet. Didn’t start off that way. For second week in a row DS forgot to put the garbage out. I caught it just before they showed up and madly grabbed trash etc and got it out only to return to the house to a DS with attitude going out the door to work. He’s started putting off things he’s asked to do - to the point that I have to do them. Many are things he’s sloppy over, notices and walks away from ( dog poop, dishwasher loaded wrong so my dishes get broken - of course they are Crate and Barrel ones too boot ). So there is going to be a talk tonight..... Hate starting my day off rattled. Anyhow, sounds like everyone has a very busy day, so I’m hoping it all goes smoothly for each of you. I’m going to get a second cup of coffee and send out good juju to all! |

We have a high school senior who is addicted to heroin. He had to be revived with two narcan doses over the weekend. He was seen in the building this morning during fourth period, then he disappeared and didn't show up for his 5th period class. Our resource officer is over here and the administrators are looking for him. It's lunch time and I don't know if they would put us into lockdown in our classes after lunch or they're going to go on as a regular day. He's a good kid, but he got mixed up with some older guys a few years ago who were users. |

Truth! I've always been friendly with coworkers before (small town so that contributes to it - we all seem to know family and/or friends of each other.) But now I remind myself that "it's a job, nothing more" and I only need to do my work & be polite. It helps to not feel obligations other than that to two-faced, untrustworthy people!! |

We'll see. The interesting part was talking to a lawyer this afternoon. In NY, you actually need an attorney for closing, not just the real estate agents, so I asked a friend who just bought a house nearby a couple of years ago who he used. The attorney told me not to worry about the CO - he puts in his contracts that we don't provide the CO, and it's only an issue if the bank or the buyer insist on it, in which case it should take about 4 weeks (not the 2-3 months my realtor is talking). Also, he thinks it's a bad idea to have the town inspector out unnecessarily, because anything at all they find, whether related to the deck or not, they can require us to address. |
