I would stick those pads on my windscreen spelling out the words “FUCK YOU”.
Get a new job, then use them to spell out I quit on the boss's windshield. Maybe hr person, too, like if you can get a sale.

Or use panty liners, you get more of those in a box.
Write the resignation letter on the panty liner, in red ink, send copies to corporate, also in red ink, on a panty liner.

I have such a hard time believing this is real.

I just don't believe it.
There has to be parts left out. Right?
I agree it may well be bogus. But there was dialogue in the thread with the OP. And as Alison has pointed out, she every once in awhile has something that she feels must be bogus, publishes it and half a dozen people in the thread come in with similar stories. But it is pretty hard to believe.

This is the worst reason for written reprimand that I've ever heard and I'd push back hard on this. I'd probably file a complaint with the Missouri Commission on Human Rights. It probably wouldn't go anywhere, but would be expensive and time consuming for the company's worthless HR department to deal with.

I know it’s not what people think of as sexual harassment, but would it qualify? Someone essentially got this woman reprimanded by HR for having functioning female organs.

It might qualify. My employer's EAP includes a few hours of free legal work. It would be worth a shot to at least consult a free attorney :) .
edited because either I can't spell or I can't type worth a darn today.

We can't use the free attorney for anything work related.

I manage an EAP program and work related issues are not covered under the EAP benefit. When people call for a work related legal issue we direct them to the state bar directory.

Yeah, well, I would redecorate my office with a tampon chandelier :D

This is a totally natural extension of the thread, and certainly not just an attempt to maintain my reputation
