I only really have his history worked out because I'm trying to put his personality into words. If there's anything to be noticed so far, please notify me~! Always glad to have help. <3 ~~~~ Full name: Clinton Nicknames: Clint Age: Gender: Ethnicity/ race/ ancestry: Blood status: Pureblood Magitype: Wizard Special abilities: Apparation (rather, is licensed) Occupation: Professor (SpellSpinning) House: Subject: Spell Spinning Quick appearance: Appearance Quick personality: Personality: Quick history: From Newfoundland; had a iMac G3 & fell in love with computers & working magic; has several degrees in computer programming & teaching. History: The second of four children, Clinton was born to two doting wizarding parents. Their family lived in a tiny town in Newfoundland, most of the townspeople being magical – and the rest, married into such families. Despite being a wizarding town, there was a small school at which all the children took regular muggle classes and, besides the occasional self=sweeping broom, most families could pass as muggleborn. Close to the turn of the millenium, Apple released the iMac G3. Clint was thirteen years old, fresh from his third year of MacOncan Wizarding school. His mother had purchased the original “bondi blue” for her own personal business, her intent being to do her accounting on the computer. She saw little of it that summer, for her second eldest child was enamoured with it. He quickly knew best how to use it and would help her with the technology. Returning for his fourth year, he quickly discovered that spell spinning was similar to computers – it had rules, but once they were known, he could bend them as he needed. In the summer, he learned computers – and later on, programming and different computing languages – while at school, he found himself excelling at creating new spells and using familiar ones in unique ways. There was a certain romance Clint found in this combination of magic and science, and found himself inspired often. Upon graduation, Clint bought his own computer, a model from Intel. For the next eight years, he worked on his undergraduate then Master's in computer programming, as well as a two-year teaching degree. He uses his skills in a multitude of ways; freelance work, teaching, personal computing and magical projects, and even a bit of artistic projects. Having taught computer skills to his Mom and little siblings, and helped friends with either spellspinning or computers, he's found he enjoys spreading knowledge, and found he often learned interesting new things that way. Teaching at MacOncan was a natural step, though having to deal without his computer for the school year does bother him sometimes. As for personal dating history – he has never been much for publicly or seriously dating people. He will speak honestly of the few relationships he'd had, and his own realization that he enjoyed people as people, and could be considered bisexual, though he's never put a label to it. Since his life isn't set right now, he's single. Trivia

alright, i'm intrigued, but why did his mum - a pureblood - decide to get a computer instead of using arithmancy (which is, what i assume, most wizards use for such things)? and/or, why does he find spellspinning to be a more natural progression from computing than arithmancy? also, don't worry about listing apparition as a special ability. (i mean i guess why not but it's certainly not a "only some people can have this" dealie like Parselmouth is). |

In my mind spellspinning is like the magical version of programming. I suppose I should explain a bit more ... The issue is turning my thoughts into actual words and not just grunts and vague hand gestures~ and the reason I put down apparition is because you ~technically~ need a permit. :3c |

It's like a driver's license tho it's not like people expect you to not be able to get a permit. |
