Regular Forum (No New Posts) Dungeons and Sub Levels
The dungeons and sub-levels of Hogwarts might not be the happiest looking places, but it's home to the Slytherin Common Room. The dark and dank halls of the dungeons give it somewhat of a spooky factor, something that the Slytherins enjoy. if you aren't a Slytherin, the only real reason why you might be down this far under the school is to go to your Potions lesson. The Potion Lab is almost as dark and spooky as the rest of the dungeons.

Regular Forum (No New Posts) Cellars
The Cellars of Hogwarts are slightly less dramatic than the Dungeons, probably because of the students that reside here. The Hufflepuff Common Room is located in the Cellars, a perfect place for the pleasant and warm students to great their housemates. Not only is the Hufflepuff Common Room located here, but the Kitchens right under the Great Hall reside here as well. The House Elves love guests, so pay them a visit if you know how.

Regular Forum (No New Posts) Ground Floor
The Ground Floor is a very hot spot location of Hogwarts, and is commonly used by students. All the first years are welcomed through the Entrance Hall, where they are then taken to the Great Hall for their sorting and first grand meal at Hogwarts. Even the Staff need to relax from time to time, which is convenient since the Staff Common Room is located here. Argus Filch can be seen hobbling around as the Caretaker, with his office is full of strange items confiscated from trouble makers. Classroom Eleven has long been is currently deserted, but is sometimes used for club meetings.

Regular Forum (No New Posts) First Floor
The First Floor of Hogwarts is home to a couple classrooms, as well as the infamous Hospital Wing. Most students tend to fall asleep in the "boring" History of Magic lectures, which can be found on this floor. If you would like to brush up on your Muggle knowledge, why not visit the optional class of Muggle Studies also located on this floor? If you have sustained an injury doing...something around the school, then head to the Hospital Wing to be healed quickly and hopefully painlessly.

Regular Forum (No New Posts) Second Floor
The Second Floor doesn't really contain all that much, but it's home to the long since abandoned Second Floor Girls Bathroom. The Bathroom is home to a young ghost who was a student at Hogwarts, killed by the release of a Basilisk long ago. "Moaning Myrtle", as she is called, tends to be overtly melodramatic. I wouldn't get involved with her, to be honest.

Regular Forum (No New Posts) Third Floor
The Third Floor is a very busy place for students, since there are a couple classrooms here and some other random locations that they like to visit. The first thing you will find is the vast Trophy Room. The trophies are almost always shiny, due to Filch handing out detentions of cleaning them. You also can find the Defense Against the Dark Arts Classroom, as well as the Charms Classroom.

The Fourth Floor was mainly built for relaxation, study, and socializing. There is the vast Library, but it is more for studying than socializing. However, for your social and relaxing needs, why not stop by the Student Commons? It's set up just like a normal Common Room, except there is no need for passwords. Also, since "Moaning Myrtle" has taken over the Second Floor Bathroom, there has been another Female Bathroom added onto the Fourth Floor.

Regular Forum (No New Posts) Fifth Floor
The Fifth Floor is a fairly desolate space, with only three rooms that are ever really put to use. For those worthy of the title, the Prefects are given their own private bathroom. You also can find the Ancient Runes Classroom on this floor if you are into that type of thing. perhaps the biggest attraction of this floor is the Empty Classroom that is used by various students for well, various things.

Regular Forum (No New Posts) Sixth Floor
The Sixth Floor is another floor with classrooms. This floor houses both the Arithmancy Classroom and Transfiguration Classroom. both very challenging yet fun courses at the same time. The classrooms are located somewhat next to each other, making it easier for students who are taking both of the classes to get from place to place and not have to risk being late and getting a detention. You can also find the Male Bathroom on this floor, used by the boys of Hogwarts obviously.

Regular Forum (No New Posts) Seventh Floor
The highest floor of Hogwarts, the Seventh Floor is home to the central corridor which is the mouth to all the towers that are placed around the school. You can find the Divination Classroom directly at the base of the North Tower, as well as the Gryffindor Common Room at the base of the Gryffindor Tower. Another Empty Classroom finds its home on this floor, and though many people do not know of it's location, the Room of Requirement is here as well.

Once you step into the central corridor, you will have choices as to which tower you can go to. The north tower is home of the Divination professor and her office. You can also take a nice little stroll up the Ravenclaw Tower to reach the Ravenclaw Common Room. You can also walk up the Gryffindor Tower and get a beautiful view, which is where the Astronomy Class is taught. The Headmaster's Office is also it's own tower, hung with portraits of all it's previous inhabitants.

The beautiful grounds of Hogwarts are a wonder all on their own. If it's a nice day out, why not have a picnic along side the Lake? I'd watch out for the Giant Squid, however. He gets hungry too. The groundskeeper, Hagrid, also has his homely hut on the grounds of Hogwarts. The Forbidden Forest is here as well, though it is forbidden to enter by any student. Bet you couldn't guess that by the name. The Quidditch Pitch is outside as well, and if you're lucky you can watch a team practice and maybe even play your own free game with some friends. Though be warned, there is also the dangerous Whomping Willow, a giant tree that attacks anyone who dare goes near it.
