The following enemies are not in the game, and can be claimed safely. Flavor has been provided. Criminal Caterpillar You're a mountain of exp in monster form, and Ness's party knows it. Plus, you always run away at the sight of battle, not the most fearsome of enemies. You're still an enemy though, and you have a chance to keep fighting against Ness's party, even if they want to kill as many of your kind as possible. I never bothered farming these, too much effort. Evil Mani-Mani The "creator" of Moonside. A vicious foe when Ness has only two party members that can be used. You are also a source of many of Ness's problems from Onett to Fourside until destroyed here. You mostly use some weak PSI attacks, but can paralyze and use PSI Flash Omega. Moonside was always interesting, even if I got myself lost a few times. Heavily Armed Pokey The final boss! Or not, just his lowly henchman. You don't do that much in the final battle, but can be annoying before fighting Giygas. You're also the last true enemy in the game, so you're a perfect target for bottle rockets and other one-use items. Also, somehow you survive to appear in later games. Like Super Smash Bros. Brawl, for instance. Major Psychic Psycho An enemy that makes use of its arsenal of PSI attacks. Mostly Fire. You also can put up a shield, but you crumples against physical attacks pretty easily. Sometimes you appear with your lesser counterpart, the Psychic Psycho, who only knows how to cast PSI Fire and nothing else. At least you have other useful powers than he does! Mighty Bear You're one of the toughest enemies in the early part of the game. Considering your power when Paula is likely level 1 or close to it, it means a lot of stupid deaths. Well, maybe, Paula still has her Teddy Bear to keep her safe. Still a source of annoyance going through the cavern for the second Sanctuary. I tried my best to avoid them when I go through. Not worth the trouble. Over Zealous Cop Many people run through this game without seeing this guy. You patrol the beaches at Summers, but the beach is so small enemies just don't spawn there. And even when you do get to fight Ness and his party, they beat you senseless like all the cops he's fought. Sentry Robot You're found in the Monotoli building, and there are a lot of you. What's worrisome is you can call an enormous amount of yourselves into battle, to overwhelm anyone. You're also an enemy who can fire bottle rockets at Ness and Jeff, dealing massive damage to them. You're one of the most dangerous regular enemies, but can be avoided entirely with a few little tricks and a Skip Sandwich. Starman Super You are a source of many EarthBound players' frustration. You have some fearsome PSI powers and can revive fallen enemies, but no one cares about that. All they care about is the sword 1 out of 128 of you are carrying - Poo's only weapon, the Sword of Kings. I tried farming it the last time I played - and eventually got bored and just continued the game. Oh well. Territorial Oak You are a tree that loves to burst into flames, causing Ness's death easily if any other enemies present on the screen. I'll admit that it's gotten me a few times when I played the game for the first time. One of the more explosive and annoying enemies in the first few areas of the game. Unassuming Local Guy This is one of my favorite enemy names in the game. You're a pretty normal guy who just attacks Ness's party for some reason. I always laughed when being attacked by this enemy. |

That will definitely be meta material, yes. Combine that with paranoia about him just being Chris and it could be a problem. I think we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. |

No Death, it will look balanced. "Hey, scum and town both have psychic. Neat." Now if two of you mother fuckers die...well, I'll get creative. |

Actually that is my biggest worry: that town has a psychic. I mean mind you I'll just claim vanilla to start because it is a me thing to do and if forced I will reveal, or if it can make me look town. I... don't plan on things that involve scum dying though. Not in my thinking early on. |

Basically if you're active, never panic, and consult me if you are worried about something (if I am active just PM me on gamefaqs with it tbh) I can cover for a lot of small mistakes in clever ways. |
