Can that be implemented on a forum? I don't really think so.......unfortunately, as Green Globs is a very fun and useful program.

Not necessarily on a forum, persay, but it would be possible, and quite easy, to add it to your site, but it might be illegal. Anyhoo, just upload it to your server, and add a link to it in one of your pages saying something along the lines of: right click and save target to download Green Globs. But as I said, that might be illegal, to distibute it like that, thus: don't do it, but wishfully think you could.
