On another note, did you know that Kwanzaa is a made up holiday? And my family, as we have a formerly Unitarian father, and Jewish mother, does religous (although we are Reform) Jewish holidays, and a commercial Christmas. And Andre, I disagree with you about dreidel. It is pretty pointless, in my opinion, although I enjoy trying to spin the dreidel upside down. And my sister has a Jerusalem dreidel.

No, Kwanzaa is made up, ya' think? Aren't all holidays made up? They'd have to have been thought up at least once to be in existence!

As in, Kwanzaa was invented dukring the Black Power movement in the 1960's ("say it now and say it loud, I'm proud to be an African American" etc) so that all of the African Americans would have a unifying holiday.

Well, so then they get their unifying holiday. So?

Well I made up a holiday. July 2nd. Pitchfork Day. Don't ask, please. Does anyone know if you get presents on Kwanzaa? :present:

Let me rephrase that. If you do know if you get presents on Kwanzaa, tell me.
